superb location, nice apartment, can make a couple improvements

superb location, quiet from outside noise

3 'not so nice' 1) could hear apartment above (footsteps and a loud party 29 Dec). 2) one coffee filter for a 4 night booking, means we have to buy coffee filters. 3) We could not find the heat adjustment.

Overall, a cozy stay in great location, but AC would have made it even better.

The apartment is in a great location. The underground parking felt safe. The apartment itself is cozy and bright. You could find everything you might need in the apartment.

Since the apartment is in the city center, there was always some noise from outside. The window had to stay open because there was no air conditioning and it was quite hot. The fan helped a little, but air conditioning would have been a big improvement. Also, the bedroom has no window that can be opened, which made it harder to get fresh air at night.

Absolutely amazing!

The location was amazing with an absolutely STUNNING view! The apartment was spacious (with a large bed and two sleeper sofas), bright with huge windows, very clean, beautifully decorated, and very well appointed. Communication with the hosts was easy, and they were very accommodating as well. We loved our stay there!

The apartment its self was great. Great location.

The air conditioning didn’t work. We were there for 3 days and knew the weather would be warm so I paid a premium over other available rooms in the area to ensure I had air conditioning. The staff was unwilling to even send a technician to try and fix it. They had other available units in the same building but refused to move me. I contacted booking.coms customer service which was a waste of 1/2 of a day trying to get resolution. In the end they offered me a whopping $100 as compensation on a 3 night stay. I am in the process of filing a complaint with UOKiK against the company.

Perfect apartment with perfect location

The apartment is located right in the old town. It is equipped with everything you need to spend a great vacation. Nearby are restaurants, shops and all the must-see attractions in Gdansk.

Great location

Great location, few minutes walk from the old town - lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Apartments had a terrace with great view. It’s noisy on the street below apartment, but there was good isolation thus no issues to sleep

Floor wasn’t cleaned in a while and very dirty. No air conditioning, though even it was very hot outside, temperature inside was still bearable.

Great staying in the center of Gdansk

Very comfortable, clean, stylish and cozy apartment. Perfect location, great view trough the main room windows, free parking space in the garage. All the tools in the kitchen and bathroom were enough for a family of 4.

The noise of the repair work ftom other appartment (not the street) was heard from the morning till evening. But it is not big problem because we were out quite often and visiting the town.

Disappointed as the website gave impression we were booking an airconditioned 2 bedroom apartment which wasn’t the case

Location and view

1. Aircon - only a small unit at the entrance which was only cooling the passage. No aircon in bedroom or living room. We had to buy two fans as the property management did not offer a solution 2. 2nd bedroom- this was just a makeshift room in the living room and not a real bedroom 3. Only washing machine and no separate dryer 4. Lift did not work for first couple of days and we had to carry our bags via the staircase

I liked pretty everything, place is well organized with all equipment you can imagine for a comfortable staying, the location and view is gorgeous

Nice place, I recommend and I could come again!

Location was perfect, everything close. Many restaurants in the same building complex. Apartment (A39/55m2 one-bedroom) was quite new, elegant and clean.

Sofabed did not have a mattress topper, not nice to sleep by using just a sheet... Pillows were very basic.

Apartment with good location

We booked this apartment because of location. Location is super good! Apartment looks nice but isn’t exactly like on photos. Kitchen and living room were spacious and view from balcony is super Parking space was underground

Some things were broken or not working properly (couldn’t open sofa as bed, door locking nob missing etc) There were two bedrooms- in one double bed but in another there is daybed (ikea bed that You pull open) mattresses were thin and it was very uncomfortable for adults to sleep in it It was hard to find office/apartment keys because of construction works

Bad

Location was good

Booked apartment for 3 adults. Received a studio apartment with sofa bed next to our bed. When we complained to the management I spoke to a man who was eating his lunch and absolutely not interested in what I had to say. His response was you got what you wanted. No air conditioning just a fan that we had to stand on the bed to get it started. Thank goodness for the Holiday Inn across the road which we managed to reserve a room. Be careful you check exactly what you are booking because you will not receive any help from the management. Will never book in this place again.

Worth the money 💰

The bed , living area and the kitchen

The bathroom was not proper , we had some trouble with the water outlet.. water clogged and was unable to use it. We called the office and asked for help.. though it was non office hours , they arranged for a person to clear the clog .
