Don’t bother staying anywhere else. Go ahead and book this unit!

I can’t imagine that there would be a single review that doesn’t mention the cleanliness and view from this apartment. It was out of this world!! you walk into the unit and are looking at a three sided glass cube that overlooks the river, and city. Each unit had access to one washer. No dryer included, but the apartment is so spacious that you can definitely dry anything you want inside the bathroom. This was especially convenient for us because we had been traveling through Poland for several weeks prior to arrival. We definitely needed to wash some clothes. You will need to supply your own detergent. Also, the pre-check-in staff was amazing. Their communication went above and beyond our expectations. They answered every single time I messaged and the detailed description on how to park and get to our unit was exceptional.

Exceptional stay – true luxury in the heart of Gdańsk

My wife and I spent three nights at Deo Plaza Luxury Apartments by Blue Mandarin, and I can honestly say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The apartment itself was beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and finished to a genuinely high standard. Every detail felt considered, from the modern, luxurious interior to the comfort of the bed and the quality of the amenities. It felt far more like a high-end private residence than a standard apartment stay. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Gdańsk, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying peace, comfort, and privacy when you return. Waking up each morning in such a stylish, relaxing space made the trip even more special. Everything about our stay felt effortless, comfortable, and indulgent, exactly what you want from a luxury break. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely stay again when we return to Gdańsk. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly luxurious, memorable stay.

City view 2 bedroom apartment

Fantastic river view and balcony. Very comfortable space

No shower screen in main bedroom. Had to get an international transfer to pay city tax and then two days later asked for a security deposit which they said we could pay by card. This could have all been done over the phone by card!

The apartments location was second to none in Gdansk. Right in heart of the city but elevated enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. The attention to detail throughout and the high quality finish of the fixtures and fittings are pure luxury.

Very disappointing stay

Great location. The apartment is modern and well-equipped with good amenities.

Very Disappointing stay. The apartment was dirty with questionable stains on the bedding. Loud music from neighboring apartments kept us up all night. Staff seemed uncaring and more interested in taking money from tourists than providing a good experience.

Gdansk apartment

Amazing location, the apartment was really modern and clean. Bathroom was also very large with a good shower and large space. Lots of additional amenities available such as a washing machine, fridge, large tv with Netflix and fully usable kitchen. I would book this apartment again due to the location and great view.

I just wish the bed wasn’t against the wall as this made it tricky for the person sleeping against the wall to get up in the night

I have enjoyed the stay here. Apartments located in the heart of the city center. The view from the window was amazing. You can find a lot of nice place to eat around, but if you enjoy cooking all the needed cutlery and dishes are there.

The apartment card was not properly working in the lift.

Stunning view but attention to detail needed

(1) Breathtaking view of the river and the old town. (2) All major attractions are within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants and food shops literally right next door. (3) The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious, and tastefully furnished with lots of light coming through the large two windows. (4) It is a place where one could comfortably reside for an extended period, as it offers enough space and includes everything you may need, from a kitchenette and vacuum cleaner to a washing machine. (5) Despite the fact that the apartment is in the city center, the place itself is surprisingly quiet even on a Friday night.

(1) Despite its beauty, the apartment almost lacks essential hygiene items such as enough toilet paper, soap, and shampoo—only the basic and of the lowest quality are provided with a very limited supply. There is no vanity set or a box of tissues. A place that calls itself “luxurious” would be expected to provide these little things without compromise on quality. (2) There is a cattle and a Nespresso coffee machine, but no choice of coffee capsules and teabags (again, only a very basic Nescafé 3in1 (!) and two teabags of black tea). (3) There are no proper hangers in the bathroom or at the entrance, making it difficult to hang coats or wet towels, which end up draped over random places (if you are not willing to put them into one of the large closets). (4) We found a bug (a “silverfish”) in our bed upon arrival, and another one in the bathroom. (5) Regarding the bed itself, it is rather narrow and, more importantly, quite short, even for someone who is "only" a bit over 180 cm tall. (6) The arrival instructions were very chaotic; the address (Chmelna 10) was difficult to find, with no signage present. The apartment is located in a block dominated by the Radisson SAS; another entrance is also on the riverside, but again, lacking any signs. Even with a phone call to the host upon arrival and her live navigation, finding it was quite challenging. (7) Finally, they require a deposit in addition to the rental fee, which, in our case, was over 50% of the total cost— a deposit of 1,000 PLN—only communicated to us the day before check-in.

I dont recommend it, we left this apatment one day earlier so tired and disapointed.

Good location directly in the city, nice view from the window-Moltawa, city.

Very noisy place, during the nights disco and drunk guys shouting till early morning. Double bed so narrow, uncomfortable for 2 persons. Breakfast from 09:00-11:000 so late and I was informed about that after arrival to the apartment. I was asking for cancelation for the last morning because of early traveling back home, they told me that it is not possible and that they are not respossinble for the breakfast time. This apartment doesnt have parking place and they provide you parking place in the garage for 130zl/day but 50m away is garage for 40zl/day. Wellnes is out of this area in the diferent hotel.

If some thing is not working in the apartment they dont want to come and check I had to fight with them on phone for one and half hour evantuly I told them I'm going to make problem and complain so they came after fighting for one and half hour and they told me there is ac in bedroom but no ac only heater .

We had an amazing stay!

This property is amazing! It's located right near all the main tourist attractions. The view from our appartment was incredible, right towards the Old Town! The apartment was spacious, extremely clean and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, the bathroom is spacious and the bed is very confortable. Totally recommend it for an unforgettable stay in Gdansk!

It was a fabulous apartment. Perfect location.

We choose this apartment as it had parking and a pool. The pool had to be booked it was €100 for a family of six per session which was extortionate for an hour with the pool with the kids. The parking was also very expensive.

Exceptional

Location and facilities are fantastic! Check-in and check-out were very smooth. The host was always available and was great to communicate with. The view was amazing and everything you needed was within walking distance. Everyone in our group fell in love with this place and the city.

Perhaps having more than 1 key would be an slight improvement for larger groups. But it was not necessarily an issue.

Checkin was bit messy as the appartment is managed from another office, hence the Deo reception downstairs does NOT handle any queries or accept to store luggage upon departure. We were given incorrect infos which affected our last day / train schedule, esp when travelling with numerous large suitcases.

A huge corner unit, wrap around porch right on the Motlawa waterway, across from the main gate to Stare Miasto. Location was perfect. Very safe, had to sue the key card to enter the elevator, to enter the hallway, even before opening our own door

prior to arrival specific instructions to pick up key cards were sent. Went to the pick up location, could not find the office, contacted the company and was told " we sent you instructions to pick up the key cards from where we were staying. So we lost a bit of time. Also the property was to have AC, it was not working when we checked in and we were not informed. We contacted the company and were told it was not their fault please use fans... They finally offered a different place with AC of course much further from the main city

Great location, very comfortable and clean apartment with the best balcony I have every experienced

The location is perfect for anyone visiting the Old Town and the wrap-around balcony is amazing with a superb view of the Old Town and the canal. There are many restaurants close by and so many main attractions (St. Mary's Church, The Crane, etc.) well within walking distance.

There were only two concerns. One is not the fault of the apartment, but it is worth considering for anyone who plans to rent the apartment: The apartment overlooks the very busy tourist area. The streets and sidewalks are very crowded from 9:00 to late in the evening, with some tourists staying out on the street until well past midnight. Most nights during out stay we heard a lot of loud talking from the street below at 1:30 or even later. The second item is something that needs to be looked at by the apartment and building owners. The card key to the elevator was very difficult to use. It took several attempts every time we used it to activate the elevator buttons. Sometimes we had to get lucky. We did find that the touch pad in the right elevator worked a little better than the left elevator touch pad.

Dissapointing

Location is spot on and the apartment is stunning

There were number of small things that spoilt our stay as we expected much more at this price level. There were issues with the card we were provided with to gain access to the apartment and initially wasted a lot of time on trying to get the lift to work. Similarily, the apartment door would not lock until they were slammed with a lot of force. What surprised us was lack of soap under a shower and a number of items that were dirty.

The location of the property and view from the balcony are outstanding. Facilities in the apartment were comfortable, tastefully modern and all the basic appliances were there that we needed for our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Key card is a bit of a tricky task in the elevator so used the flight of stairs next to it for the majority of our stay. My only complaint.
