Deo plaza

The apartment was great. It had everything we needed. The view was amazing. Great location. Large rooms. Comfy main bed with nice bedding. Apartment was clean. Had a hairdryer and provided towel, bed linen, soap and shampoo.

The green textured wall in the apartment was smelly as you walked past it. The walk to collect and return the key was a little confusing and was a long way to walk with bags to then walk back.

Great apartment but without 24h reception

Great location, big apartment, all needed facilities, good breakfast in the restaurant

After a long travel and delayed flight I have to walk to the different location to get the keys at midnight. There is no 24h reception just like in the standard hotel.

Issues with key access one night when there was no receptionist, despite calling the helpline provided and being promised that it would be sortedC nobody contacted us. Luckily a security guard passed by who changed the battery on our door fob. Also seemed that there was construction work as there was drilling noise at points during the day

Being woken each morning before 7am by construction noise from floor above. Staff on main desk weren’t very helpful and seemed miserable.

Perfection

Location was perfect. Restaurants and sites to visit all on the doorstep. Reception were so helpful with looking after our bags after checkout so we could still fully use our last day

1. It is really clean there 2. The staff were super nice and helpful 3. There is a lot of space in the room 4. A spacious bathroom 5. A desk to work at 6. Fast Internet 7. Good coffee, aneks kuchenny 8. Very pleasant toiletries (ask for them at the reception)

1. We had to pay for the swimming pool 2. The scent is overused in the lobby and in the corridors 3. If you want to fall asleep at 10-11 pm - forget about it. The windows are far from soundproof.

Would not trust description of the rooms

Building itself is nice

The room was without sight to the city centre, although when ordering it was not stated anywhere. We did not have towels upon arrival. Kettle did not work. I contacted reception regarding all the issues and unfortunately, nothing was done to make the stay more pleasant. I ordered the room for spending my bf birthday, and it unfortunately situation with room did not added any good vibes,

We loved the apartment very well. The kitchen has everything necessary, modern and fresh renovation, a comfortable bed, and enough space in the apartment. Totally recommend this

A nightmare

Very nice position

I booked one room but personal problem happened to me, so after few hours (about 6, same day) I gently asked to cancel the reservation the same day. I booked 50 days in advance, so we are not talking about last time booking. What they offer? A lie (it's not possible to cancel the booking and refund) and to change dates and pay something more. They answered always in cold way (ironic for "rent like home" motto). The staff at reception was better. On day of my arrival: the room was paid in advanced 600 zl, but they asked another 600 zl for kaucja (it wasn't mentioned before). About the room: very small, with a view to other building, big enough for one person only and not place for your dresses, noisy from fridge and air conditioner (even when turn off). The shower worked only with warm water. They offer another room, bigger, but no cleaned before (there were dust everywhere) and with works on building since 7 in the morning. Parking cost 120 zl for day; stay bit longer in the room, on the departure day, cost 50 zl. Client should be treated with respect not like "a cow from where take more and more milk". Unfortunately this was one of the worst customer service (and hotel booking) I ever had in my life.

Nessuno staff presente, le chiavi si ritirano a 1km dall’appartamento, in camera nonostante ci fosse l’angolo cottura, non c’era né un tavolo per mangiare e soprattutto neanche una sedia. Il divanoletto per la terza persona da fare, ci hanno lasciato le lenzuola ed il divano chiuso. Facilities completamente insufficienti per 3 persone per quattro notti (ben 4 cialde di caffè!)

Aufwändige Kommunikation, Check in… Check in und Unterkunft sind unterschiedliche Orte. Mit Kind und x Koffern ist das ein enormer Aufwand und nicht zeitgemäß und kundenorientiert.

Läget och utsikten.

Fick hämta nycklarna på helt annat ställe än själva boendet. Jag hade beställd taxi genom Booking från flygplatsen till boendet, men i sista minuten får jag ett meddelande i mobilen från boendet att jag får hämta nycklarna på ett annat ställe. Taxin fick åka en omväg och vänta på mig medan jag hämtade nycklarna, vilket kostade extra! Jätte dåligt!!! Det fanns ingen spis, bara mikron och inte all mat går att laga i mikron och eftersom det ändå är en lägenhet med möjlighet att laga sin egen mat var det en jätte stor besvikelse. Det saknades vanliga dricksglas, snålt med besticks, man kunde åtminstone kosta på sig en brödrost! Pytteliten garderob med bara två gallier. Skåpen var så högt uppsatta att för att nå en tallrik eller kaffekopp fick jag stå på en stol och jag är ändå inte en kort person. Dammtussar lite här och var.

Gdyby naprawdę dbano o standard czystości i komfort snu we wszystkich oferowanych „łóżkach”, tzn obydwóch to byłoby supe

Lokalizacja była super, chociaż późnym wieczorem trzeba się nastawić na muzykę.

Obrzydliwe było to, że mieliśmy nie sprzątnięte łóżko, na którym były resztki jedzenia, włosów i jakiś używek, pełnych! Pomimo zapewnienia personelu, że to przypadek i że ktoś przyjdzie posprzątać nikt nie przyszedł przez cały pobyt! Tragedia i przed tym przestrzegamy. Gdyby był to przypadek to natychmiast zostałoby to sprzątnięte, a nikt tego nie zrobił przez trzy dni. Poczuliśmy się jak tania opcja posprzątania apartamentu przez następnych gości. Łóżko powinno również być sprawdzone pod kątem sprawności, ponieważ dziecko może się wyśpi, ale dorosły nie, bo się zapada.

Największym minusem było to, że po klucze trzeba było iść 12 minut od apartamentu do biura poprzez zawaloną ulicę turystów i fizycznego zmęczenia - było to niewygodne i irytujące. Bardzo słaba organizacja z kluczami. Dodatkowo, przed rezerwacją nie było żadnych informacji na ten temat, co jeszcze bardziej mnie zdenerwowało.

Blisko starówki i dobry na weekend

Apartament (ten z zabudowanym balkonem i widokiem na miasto) całkiem przyjemny, chociaż widać trochę, że użytkowany - w cenie jaka była w kwietniu super, ale jeśli miałabym zapłacić za niego kilka tysięcy złotych w sezonie - zastanowiłabym się ;). Natomiast na pewno przestronny, z dobrym WIFI, blisko starówki, restauracji itp. Wyposażony w potrzebne rzeczy, także tutaj niczego nam nie brakowało.

Kilka drobnych usterek jak np. pęknięte fotele na balkonie lub nie do końca odkurzony dywan w sypialni. Warto zadbać o detale, zwłaszcza przy sprzątaniu.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, ideal für einen Städtetrip. Das Appartement ist mit Küche, Wohnzimmer inkl. Schlafsofa, Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC modern eingerichtet und besitzt einen Balkon der durch ein Glasverbau vor Wind und Wetter geschützt ist. Man sieht zwar nicht direkt auf den Fluss und die Altstadt, aber der Ausblick ist dennoch spektakulär. Das ausklappbare Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ist für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Das Appartement besitzt über ein steuerbares Belüftungssystem. Wenn man die großen Glasschiebetüren schließt, hört man keinen Lärm von draußen.
