Not as many bedrooms as advertised. Only 5 plus a bunk room that can't be used by adults. We were 6 adults to their knowledge.
Ice maker did not work.
No Colander
No internal grate for fire making in the sitting room.
We were not previously warned about the apparently active burglaries going on there.
The external main gate had no lock. It was broken.

The gravel road to the house is very bad! We ran out of tissues,vwe called the agency requesting some it never came, shops are far and we had young kids that was a serious inconvenience . No activities to do except for the swimming pool. You must bring your games.

Enough rooms
The air conditioner of 2 bedrooms was not working properly.. after reporting it to the facility manager, they took a long time to come and fix them
