Kukama's Rest at Zebula 317

House is spacious, impressive design and the wildlife is great. The house is beautifully located and surrounded by rocks, trees and has stunning views inside and outside.

Warm water was an ongoing challenge, despite instructions it was hard to regulate shower/bath on a normal temp/consistently. Not necesarily a negative point but this house is not located in the main Zebula estate, but in the extension. This means you have to exit and re-enter Zebula multiple times if you want to make use of facilities in the main estate.

Exceptional location, great outdoor living areas. great wildlife and birds around the house. Service staff efficient and super friendly. House well equipped, even for a power outage that happened during a massive storm while we were there.

Suggest that for the price, the beds could be bigger than doubles and the mattresses newer.

The gas stove I think needs replacement

The person called Nicky wa so rude, the owner never responded to our calls of frustration such as stove and pool. Thanks to the pool guy who called us directly and assured diligently. The stove was good enough melt butter as a result we had our meals messed up and food. The attitude was appalling from Connie and Nicky. Johanna was such a great person who cleaned the house and was considerate to help where she could while Nicky and Connie were not responding.

Spacious and secluded. That’s a great spot for managing big number for that size of a house
