Property is at a good location
The lady at reception was so unprofessional. Firstly we had to call to come to reception for us to checkin because she was not in her work station, she came checked us in and basically told us to figure our way to the room, we got so lost😭 The couch was soo old and dirty, we couldn’t sit there 🤮 Then there was banging noise the whole night from upstairs. Also, the lifts were not working, at some point we had to use the emergency exit stairs after waiting for over 15 minutes for the lift.
