Everything from facilities, to comfort, to location, to the 2 amazingly talented chefs (David & Thandi) who made the most fabulous meals giving one the time to relax and connect with friends.
The only thing would be the cold pool. it’s so enticing and would’ve loved to spend more time enjoying it.

We loved Hillside lodge. Beautiful views, beautiful house and very clean. The staff is exceptional, Chef David and the lady assisting him made our weekend special. The food, their kindness was just amazing. Thank you for great service Lize

The staff at the site were amazing and worked so hard to keep us fed and comfortable. David and Thandi were an absolute delight! The style and decor of the lodge was glamorous and tasteful.
The maintenance was not up to standard. Showers and baths which leaked, non-functional air hockey and pool tables. Inadequate hot water.

The place is beautiful and clean. had enough space for the family. The staff (Happy) was wonderful. he made sure our stay comfortable.
