Hotel City Grand Ella

The manager was great! He did everything to make sure our stay was good and I really appreciate his effort. He moved us to another room because of the issues of the first room. Garden view is beautiful and wifi was not bad. The breakfast was simple but tasty. The location is great right in the center of everything. The room did have hot water but it worked best at night.

Honestly, they have a lot to improve starting with placing AC in the rooms. Our room was very humid and hard to sleep. Pillows and mattress were stiff. The first room had mold and many things were broken so we requested a room change. The girls at the front desk had a bit of an attitude but the manager was the best and after reviewing the room, he gave us another one but sadly the second room was very humid.

The staff were lovely & helpful.

There was a leak above my room hitting the metal roof outside my window so I hardly slept 2 nights in a row. The hallways were very dirty. The hotel didn’t look like the photos. It’s very run down.
