• Unbelievable views of water + birds + wildlife + night lights!

• Fish directly off our pier/dock including fishing rod holders!
• Soak in new heated pool with spa jets + benches with views only 10 feet from Sarasota Bay!

Our original 1940 AMI home is renovated and much easier to navigate than new-build 3-story homes on Anna Maria Island because our first floor is on the ground level and the second floor is one easy set of stairs. Other rebuilt homes on the island usually require climbing multiple flights of stairs up or taking small elevators.
Florida's best-kept secret, Anna Maria Island (AMI), features beautiful white sugar sand beaches, older Florida charm, award-winning restaurants, and shopping all within easy walking distance or a ride aboard the free "Anna Maria Island Trolley". It was absolutely amazing! The house was very clean the beds and pillows were very comfortable and I loved the extra throw blankets on the beds and couches as well! We also loved the bins full of beach chairs and a nice beach tent and wagon. The pool was our favorite, it is absolutely heavenly to sit in and cool off and just relax! The only flaw and its my fault for not reading deeper was that I didnt realize its a shared pool/dock and we were lucky that there was only someone in the upper unit our last day but you can hear every footstep from the above unit and we usually only rent Vrbos with private pools. Other than that it was top notch!

We love this rental !!! Check in was very easy. The views were spectacular and it was so convenient to walk or bike to the Bridge Street Pier shops and restaurants. The kids had a wonderful time on the paddle boards and the pool was a refreshing break from the Florida summer heat. Our whole family enjoyed fishing on the docks - we caught snapper, catfish, grunts, flounder. It was so helpful to be able to use and not have to bring our own beach chairs and umbrellas. Rex was a wonderful host - very attentive and responsive to any questions we had. We cannot wait to return !!!

It was an overall great experience.
We were a little surprised with all the rules that were attached with this property and everything you have to do before you leave and during your stay. Make sure you read the rules BEFORE you purchase. If we read this we definitely would have stay elsewhere.
We first came into the property and the pantry door fell on us. The toilet paper roll was messed up. It looks like mold is growing around the baseboards. The floor was pretty dirty when we first can into the apartment. Also this is an apartment that has another apartment on top of it and shares all the amenities. We did not know this but it could have been our fault for not reading it throughly.
The location was great and what we were looking for. The paddle boards and kayaks were great.
