This four-bedroom and four-bathroom home is conveniently located right across the street from the stunning white sands of Cortez Beach and is near Bridge Street, which offers a great place to fish, shop, and try new restaurants. The bright open floor plan features a nautical them living room with a large sectional, a kitchen, and an adorable dining room table.
Designed as the captain’s quarters, the primary bedroom has spa-like comfort with a King bed, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms are on the first floor, the second room has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and guests in the third bedroom can use the hall bathroom with a walk-in shower, which is also easily accessed by the pool deck. Up the stairs is the fourth bedroom, which is like a private suite and is appointed with a Queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a private balcony perfect for catching memorable sunsets and sunrises.

We booked this stay last minute and everything still went very well. We couldnt have been happier with the property, great pool, good beds, located right across from the beach, and with in easy walking distance to Bridge street shops. Would definitely stay here again.

We were so happy with this charming property! It was perfect for our group of six, but could definitely accommodate more. We loved the decor. The bathrooms were clean and good sized. The pool and spa were warm and well maintained. The upstairs suite with porch was an incredible place to watch the sunset or have coffee in the morning. When we weren’t in the pool we were walking to nearby shops or restaurants, on the beach (which is right across the street) or fishing on the pier

The owners were able to keep the old Florida beach house style with modern updates. Very convenient to the beach and the pool was wonderful. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance from the cottage.

The house is tastefully remodeled, and is in what would be a great location, with ample parking, IF it were not in the center of a major construction zone. We were unable to park at the house, and only given one parking pass to park a quarter mile down the street. Also, our convenient beach access, straight across from the house, was closed with detour signs directing us a quarter mile in the opposite direction of our car. Construction also acted like a 7am alarm clock as that is when the loud beating and banging started each day Mon-Fri.
