Leave your car parked (3 spots provided) the town is very walkable, and our island's free trolley is only a few flip-flop steps away. This 4-bedroom 2-bath beach house offers all the goodies to make sure your vacation does not skip a beat.

From the moment you walk into this charming spacious beach house, your eyes will be drawn to the open-plan great room offering vaulted ceilings and a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances, breakfast bar and large dining room table with seating for 6. On the ground floor just off the great room, you will find 3 bedrooms and one full bathroom there is also a private patio off the great room which is great for morning coffee or a quiet escape from the kids. The master bedroom is just up the spiral staircase where you will find an ensuite master bathroom. In the back of the home, you have access to the brand new Pool and Spa. Spend your evening relaxing in your private oasis, your family will enjoy get-togethers out here where you will find a BBQ grill, outdoor shower, shed with beach supplies, lounge chairs, dining table with 4 chairs, and quick access to the gulf through the back gate to the alleyway.

The location is just as great as the home. You are a 2-minute walk from the Gulf Beach and Island trolley stop. The best way to reach the gulf is to exit through the back gate, turn left down the alleyway, and right to the beach! The spectacular property is a private retreat where you can enjoy swimming in the Gulf, sun tanning, picnicking, or the sunsets at night. A Short Trolley Ride to Bridge Street, Restaurants, Shops, and all the fun that Anna Maria Island has to offer. Private laundry is also offered. As always, we make sure you have the ability to stay connected on our free high-speed wireless internet! *A starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, coffee & tea, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided at check-in. Also available if requested, while supplies last, is a toothbrush and sewing kit. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.*

*Pools are heated from approximately Thanksgiving to Easter only and are set no higher than 80 degrees. Spa temperatures default to the pool temperature when not in use and can reach 100 Degrees under normal weather circumstances. During colder weather, we cannot guarantee that the pool/spa can be maintained to that degree. No refunds, credits, or discounts will be offered if the pool/spa temperature cannot be maintained due to unusually cold weather*
