Location is brilliant. Seems to be only 20 minutes drive away from some lovely places including Totnes, Brixham and Dartmouth. Plus only a few minutes walk to a great pub. The property has everything you need, a real home from home. And immaculate. Great size, we were a group of 7 plus one dog. Evenings in the lounge with an open fire were great. Lovely that we all had our own bathrooms too.
Nothing at all. It was a really comfortable cottage in a perfect location.

We absolutely loved the size of the property, the facilities and furnishings provided, the welcome pack, the cleanliness and the added extra of the Halloween decorations. We loved the outdoor space for the children and the private parking.
We have already passed a couple of suggestions for very minor problems to the owners and received a wonderful reply within 12 hours. They were so minor, they aren't worth mentioning here and certainly didn't spoil our holiday in any way.
