The location is near the train station and right next to 7-11 very convient for grabbing drinks and snacks etc.
Very spacious and all utilities worked
You do have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to the kitchen and you do hear road noise in one bedroom and kitchen.

Great apartment! The three of us stayed here, and there was plenty of space. Convenient location close to a tram line and a grocery store. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Communication with the host was through the app, which was super convenient and polite.
No downsides were found.

The space was huge and next door to 7E.
A bit fat from the city and had to make some train changes.
