Great apartment! The three of us stayed here, and there was plenty of space. Convenient location close to a tram line and a grocery store. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Communication with the host was through the app, which was super convenient and polite.
No downsides were found.

The space was huge and next door to 7E.
A bit fat from the city and had to make some train changes.

The apartment was very user friendly. There was everything there that you could need for a week’s stay in Tokyo. Like a home from home. The location was close to the local tram for connecting to the greater rail network.
I really can’t think of anything.
