Cozy, clean. It has everything you will need for a comfortable stay.
Rooms might feel narrow if you have larger suitcases.

The location is convenient to fast food and restaurants, and near the DT line which was great.
The AC was set to energy save and the first night I just sweated and didn’t sleep well at all. If you don’t read any Japanese, then you’d never know how to fix it. The second night I found out how to turn off energy saver and I was able to keep my room cool in the hot Tokyo summer night. There needs to be a very clear breakdown/translation of how to use the AC remote in plain sight.
