    1. Good location 2. Peaceful and reserved 3. Great for pet owners if they want to take their pets - this is the best 4. I would recommend guests to take their own Morten spray just in case as the location is next to sea and roadside. Idea is nature is preserved and bugs/inserts might get into the rooms due to light. Hotel doesn't offers Mortien and there is no where you can buy it if you require this at night as shops close around 5pm in Rakiraki 5. Food & beverage option offered is limited at the hotel and bit pricey as well. 6. Overall - staff and room conditions is good.

    We booked online with Agoda for a standard room. Because we had a friend we had to upgrade our room to a villa. So we checked into ourVilla around 1:30pm. Immediately after we took off to the nearby town for some chores and came back to the hotel around 7pm. When we entered our room lizards were everywhere. My wife has phobia of such pests. We ask to move our room but was assured that other rooms may not be pest free. We then asked for full refund because we didn’t use the room but instead got the upgrade money back as manager told us to deal with Agoda for the initial booking fee. Unethical business practice.
