Direct ocean front views from this 3 bedroom 2 bath condo! On Cocoa Beach Morning sunrise beams in loads of sunlight into the living room and master bedroom. Ample comfy seating in the spacious living room. Sit out on the balcony and watch the cruise ships go sailing by! Walking distance to live music, great restaurants including local favorite Sandbar Sport Grill....lots of places to visit...including Ron Jons, Golf and Gator, Exploration Tower and Brevard Zoo.

Beautiful condo, felt like home. Everything needed for a great holiday at the property. The views were amazing and the wildlife spectacular! Few steps from the beach, and close to restaurants and shops. The owner was so helpful it made the holiday. 😊 Saw two rocket launches from the balcony which although small were amazing. Having travelled from the UK all we had to do was enjoy ourselves. Will return again I am sure.

We are very pleased with our experience. There were no concerns and our needs were met with supplies; even a choice of reading material. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the condo, the view could not be better. The neighbors were great and most importantly; we felt safe. Communication with owner was excellent as well. Could ask for. nothing more or better. Thank you
