Fully renovated with all new everything - 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with 3rd floor direct beach view balcony where you can enjoy the ocean view, sunrise, and rocket launches. This lovely, quiet, ocean side condo with direct private beach access has a large heated swimming pool and outside shower. Private parking spaces. Secured building, with elevator. Conveniently located near shopping and dining and includes cable TV and Wi-Fi. Fully furnished and equipped. Just come and relax.
Parking Requirement:
The HOA at Sea Oats requires all guests to complete a Rental Information Form prior to arrival to issue parking passes. This helps ensure parking is reserved for residents and guests only.
Guests will receive two parking passes in the unit for use during their stay. After booking, you will be asked to provide basic information, including guest names and vehicle details (up to 2 vehicles).
*Note: There is an 8% penalty for cancellation at any time.

We stayed at Sea Oats for the month of February. This is a very nice unit. Very clean and Sea Oats is the perfect size complex. The people were so friendly and the location was great! We had everything we needed and the condo is nicely updated and comfortable. The master bedroom bed is very comfy. We would stay here again!

The property manager responded promptly to my needs, the place was clean and appliances are modern, and the view is stunning! The checkin process was a little confusing with the keypad but more detailed instructions were provided after request.
I enjoyed staying here!
My top recommendation for improving the property would be to install a deadbolt or dead latch so that anyone with a housekeeping access key can’t just enter the unit whenever.
Otherwise a nice rental!

Great location- updates all modern & comfortable- Saturday upon entry construction dust covered all surfaces —Monday 7:45 AM delivery drivers at door with boxes of furniture- all boxes put out on deck so view & use of deck cut in half also cleaning person does deep cleaning & is at condo most of the morning—— handy man comes & puts deck furniture together on Thursday & Friday — We also had to search for wi-fi code & beach gate code - Nice place but not the 5- star accommodations that were advertised
