This direct oceanfront 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is conveniently located next to the renowned Cocoa Beach Pier and is perfect for guests. Situated near Cocoa Beach Downtown, Port Canaveral cruise terminals, Disney World, and the Space Center, it offers great beach access for a fun and safe experience. The condo accommodates up to six people and includes essentials like linens, towels, a full kitchen, free parking, super-fast 500Mbps Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer/dryer. You'll also find beach necessities like chairs, an umbrella, toys, and a cooler to start enjoying the sun, sand, and water right away.
After a day at the beach or Cocoa Beach Pier, relax at the heated communal pool with plenty of deck chairs. The condo features a fully equipped kitchen with all the cookware and tableware needed for home-cooked meals. The living room includes a dining set, a sofa that converts to a queen bed, and a smart TV. A large sliding door leads to a spacious patio adjacent to a community courtyard, beach access gate, and a short walk to the pool. Everything about this place is perfect. The property and location are great. There's alot more beach toys and items than the pictures show. Can't wait to stay again

We stayed here for 4 nights in March and had a very nice stay. Entry insturctions were very easy and home was clean and had everything we needed, including lots of beach stuff. Walk to the beach was short and we got to see the rocket launch very easily.
