Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The property was great with modern appliances. Lots of activities nearby with the beach of course! The beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The smart tvs were a plus too. The only small setbacks are that some of the kitchen utensils had stains. The two bathrooms while nice were very small, and I’m 5’1 so if you’re a much bigger person it’ll be very cramped. The outdoor shower drain doesn’t drain and we weren’t given extra trash bags for trash cans. Overall would definitely recommend.

The location was great and a good size for a family of 5. The interior could use a fresh coat of paint as there was a lot of drywall patching repair that hadn't been touched up. The backyard was also very over gown. The game room was fun but lacked a lot of the equipment needed to play as well as the pop a shot not being there anymore.
