I just need to wait 10 minutes to come to check me in. But was nothing.

Clean. Comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Hot water. Chocolate.
Waited (short time) in unpleasant street for Virginia to come and show us the room. No sign in the street, where the location is. (so we were not sure if we arrived to the right location). 4.5 euro per person per night, local tax.
