Bentley House with en-suites

Location was good. Place was clean.

Very spacious well laid out house. Room for everyone and so good that we all had our own bathrooms. There was plenty of parking and location wise was good as walking distance to the main shops and Aldi. The train station was just up the road too. The house was very clean and modern. Kitchen had everything in there we needed. Lovely stay Thank you.

Everything was great.

Nothing. The property was awful and the owner didn’t offer to assist with any issues but instead argued with us.

The property was unclean, it stank of cigarettes and the hot water wasn’t working. The property was so poor we couldn’t stay and it ruined our entire break

The house was perfect for us. I had read one previous comment which wasn't very good but the property far exceeded my expectations. It was extremely clean, lots of kitchenware, very comfy beds, plenty of parking and the rooms were just perfect for us. We were travelling for work. The host was very friendly and communicated with us throughout. I would definitely recommend this property.

We were a family of 7 in the area for Grandma's Funeral. Alarm bells should have rung when we found only 3 mugs & a shortage of glasses. Worst was that every plate was dirty with enncrusted food. One bedroom smelt (of damp or animals?) and had to be aired before use, & there were issues with damp towels. Biggest problem was lack of basic cleanliness - in a drawer in a bedside cabinet we found cigarette butts & ash, & in the drawer below were the remains of what appeared to be a chinese meal. In the same room, stuffed behind the bed, was a dirty pillow & cushion. Had been informed by the Owner that of the 5 keysafes, boxes 1 & 2 shared same code & contained keys, but immediately before departing for the Funeral it was discovered that box 2 was empty. In retrospect perhaps we should have informed the Owner earlier, but given the circumstances of our visit, this was simply not practical, and wouldn't have helped given that we had resolved many of the problems ourselves. To cap it, I was offered an inducement not to write a negative review!

easy access it had off road parking also close to shops and a decent shower with good water pressure

Bentley house is in a perfect location with access to the station, shops, restaurants and not too far from Liverpool to travel in.
