Tolle große Wohnung- perfekt für Familien!

Das Haus liegt zentral an einer leicht befahrenen Straße recht zentral in Brixen. Zur Schnapsbrennerei und zum Billa sind es fussläufig nur 3 Minuten. Links und rechts die Straße hoch oder runter sind zahlreiche Restaurants. Trotzdem ist es nicht zu laut. Ja man hört die Autos, wenn diese tagsüber vorbei fahren, aber das ist eher vereinzelt und stört absolut nicht. Wir saßen oft und gerne auf dem Balkon. Die Wohnung ist hell, freundlich und modern eingerichtet. Es gibt tatsächlich mehr als genug Geschirr und Besteck. Die 3 Schlafzimmer haben alle einen eigenen Balkon und von jedem hat man einen tollen Blick auf und in die Berge. Die Betten waren wirklich gemütlich und die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist optimal. Wir waren 9 Personen inklusive Kleinkind und jeder hatte seine Ecke und seinen Platz auf der Couch oder dem super langen, schönen Esstisch. Fabio und seine Mama Gaby sind super herzliche und immer ansprechbare Gastgeber. Hier waren wir nicht zum letzten Mal. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung und in den Kitzbüheler Alpen. Vielen Dank! Wie kommen wieder.

Tohle ubytování doporučujeme pro dvě rodiny či větší osazenstvo. Luxus, nádhera, pohodlí :-)

Komunikace s majitelem/správcem objektu: Vše bylo naprosto perfektní. oba dva komunikovali řádně, v angličtině či němčině, nebyly s ničím problém, snažili se nám se vším vyhovět a zodpověděli všechny dotazy. Poloha: Apartmán se nacházel kousek od obchodu BILLA, takže ideální na každodenní nákupy. My jsme dovolenou strávili na elektrokolech, takže jsme tohle ubytování volili i skrz blízký vjezd na cyklostezku. Okolí je vhodné pro cyklisty. Tolik tras, výhledů, zážitků! Skvělá lokalita Brixen im Thale! :-) Apartmán a vybavení: Opravdu nádherný útulný a velmi dobře udržovaný apartmán v nejvyšším poschodí. Každý pokoj měl prostorný balkon, pohodlné postele a spoustu úložného prostoru. Velmi nám vyhovovalo také to, že byli dvě koupelny a dva záchody. Kuchyň velmi dobře vybavená, spoustu vybavení na přípravu jídla, skleniček, talířů, všeho nadmíru :-) Jediné co nám chybělo byl kávovar. Jsme zvyklí na zrnkový či kapslový kávovar, tady však byl na překapávanou, tak jsme s tím trochu zápasili, ale nakonec jsme si zvykli :-) V obývacím pokoji je velká televize, vzali jsme si i HDMI kabel a když bylo potřeba, zapnuli jsme si film. Parkování: Přijeli jsme dvěma auty, mohli jsme je zaparkovat buď soukromém na parkovacím místě u apartmánu nebo využít štědré nabídky a půjčit si navíc dvojitou garáž. To nám přišlo vhod, protože jsme měli také elektrokola, takže nabíjení kol a zázemí pro auta bylo velmi pohodlné. Čistota: Vše bylo opravdu velmi čisté. Žádný prach a špína. Opravdu krásné :-) Kitzbühler Alpen Card: Každý ubytovaný dostal kartičku, skrz kterou jsme mohli využít hromadnou dopravu a také místní koupaliště zdarma.

Žádný výtah - o tom jsme věděli, ale i tak, při nastěhování, vystěhování a především po každodenních najetých kilometrech na kole, byl tohle opravdu zápřah na nohy. :D Příplatek za lůžkoviny a ručníky. Bylo to napsané na bookingu, ale já jsem si toho zprvu nevšimla. Tak jen počítat s tím, že pokud budete chtít mít zajištěné tyto věci, musíte uhradit částku nad rámec ceny za ubytování Úschova kol - Místnost na úschovu a nabíjení kol je po schodech dolů. Trochu nepohodlné řešení, my jsme ale naštěstí měli tu garáž!

Perfecte locatie voor gezin in heerlijk dorp.

De communicatie met de eigenaren verliep zeer soepel via Whatsapp, met ook super goede en leuke suggesties voor de omgeving voor ons gezin. Bij vragen was er lokaal altijd iemand beschikbaar waar je je vraag over de accommodatie aan kon stellen. Soort van facilitaire man. Ruim opgezet met alle gemakken voorzien, van goed wifi tot zeer ruim keuken gerei. Heerlijk op diverse balkons kunnen zitten.

De eigenaren maken met de vele faciliteiten het onmogelijk om iets niet goed te vinden aan de accommodatie.

Fantastisch verblijf gehad.

Ruim appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. De host was erg vriendelijk. 2 ruime badkamers.

De ophaard in het huisje was een sierhaard. Dit staat helaas niet als zodoende vermeld. En de slaapkamers waren vooral in de nacht erg warm

Een aanrader voor een grote groep of gezin

De host was er snel, we konden ook een sleutelkastje gebruiken. De eigenaren waren ontzettend vriendelijke mensen. En wat een mooi huis! In één woord geweldig. Van alle gemakken voorzien en super de luxe. We hebben ontzettend genoten en gaan misschien nog wel eens terug.

Chill en geweldig omdat je op 2hoog weinig "last" hebt van het straatniveau.

De grote, voor 9 personen, en het huiselijke gevoel van het appartement. Verder enorm veel licht door de glazen pui icm het uizicht. Slaapkamer met badkamer ensuite. Om mogelijk kids te vermaken kan je via de TV makkelijk je Netflix aanzetten, kids stil en tevreden zodat ouders een drankje kunnen doen aan de grote tafel met het mooie uitzicht. Note; de communicatie met de eigenaren van snel en erg goed. Zou het in de toekomst zeker weer boeken.

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Wir waren mit zwei Familien (jeweils 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) im Penthouse und dafür hat es perfekt gepasst. Die beiden Bäder (eins mit Dusche, eins mit Badewanne) waren sehr geräumig (wichtig für den Alltag mit einem Kleinkind) und die Wohnung sehr groß. Der große Tisch mit Bank hat es uns sehr angetan und wir haben nach dem Kochen dort oder auf der riesigen Couch den Abend verbringen können. Es war sehr toll!
