Kirchbichl House lies by a ski slope, at the Kirchbichl practice slope. All lifts, about 90 total, are reachable. Rodelbahn, the emperor cross-country ski run for cross-country skiing, and center places with restaurants and bars are attainable by foot. You do not need a car! At the Ellmauer swimming pool, which has free baths and a gorgeous sauna territory, is a magnificent way to end the day. An 18-hole golf course and a 9-hole practice course are only 5 minutes away by car, 8 more golf courses are in the next neighborhood.

Hallo Haustür lässt sich nicht aussperren, Zimmer haben keine Ablage Möglichkeit zum Beispiel einen Tisch. Möbel sind schon sehr abgenutzt. Parkplätze sind leider nur 2stück vorhanden. Ansonsten ist es ein schönes Objekt mit herrlichen Ausblick auf den wilden Kaiser.

Wir waren in den Weihnachtsferien mit der Familie im Haus Kirchbichl. Bei dem Haus handelt es sich um eine sehr große Doppelhaushalte. Das Wohnzimmer mit 2 Essecken, Kamin und großer offener Küche hat einen traumhaften Blick auf den Wilden Kaiser und bietet sehr viel Platz für alle. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Das Haus ist durch die Fussbodenheizung sehr warm und gemütlich. Die Ausstattung ist schon etwas älter aber sehr gepflegt. Bei den Sofas hätte ich mir einen Überwurf gewünscht, wie die liebe Frau Jasmina aber gesagt hat sind auch diese gerade frisch gereinigt worden. Die Sauna ist toll und perfekt nach einem Skitag. Es gibt 3 Toiletten und 2 Duschen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bei Problemen wurde uns sofort geholfen. 30 Meter den Berg hoch kann man direkt mit den Skiern los fahren. In 5 Minuten ist man runter ins Dorf gelaufen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leider fing der Urlaub nicht so gut an. Die Wohnung war nicht gereinigt und die Dame zur Reinigung war nicht informiert worden. So mussten wir ca. 2,5 Stunden warten um die Wohnung beziehen zu können. Wir waren mit 9 Personen in der Wohnung. Der Platz war für die komplette Gruppe ausreichend. Eine Sauna, die sehr gut funktionierte, ist dabei und wurde auch mehrfach von uns genutzt. Von der Wohnung kann man wirklich sehr gut auf den wilden Kaiser schauen. Auch wenn die Wohnung so langsam in die Jahre gekommen ist, kann ich sie weiter empfehlen

Super schönes Haus, tolle Ausstattung, klasse Blick. Wir hatten ein super Wochenende im August, auch wenn das Wetter nicht ganz toll war. Aber das Haus bietet genügend Platz und Ausblick und auch eine Sauna, um sich nach der Rafting-Tour wieder aufzuwärmen.

Für uns war es ein perfekter, traumhafter Aufenthalt. Wir waren von Freitag bis Sonntag dort. Das Haus ist wunderschön. Wir waren zu siebt. Der Platz war mehr als ausreichend. Vom Balkon hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf das Kaisergebirge. Es war im Vorfeld auch ein toller Kontakt mit Jasmina. Sie hat uns dann am Freitag sehr herzlich empfangen. Lief alles klasse und problemlos. Auch das "Auschecken" am Sonntag war prima. Ein besonderer Dank hierfür an sie. Das Haus ist wirklich perfekt. Sehr sauber, groß, grandioser Ausblick, super Lage. Für uns war es ein tolles Wochenende. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Es waren sehr schöne Tage in Ellmau und Umgebung. Das Haus ist räumlich gut aufgeteilt, gut eingerichtet und sauber. Es bietet für eine Gruppe bis 10 Personen reichlich Platz. Die Zimmeraufteilung auf 2 Etagen mit drei Bäder und Sauna ist gut durchdacht. Auf der dritten Etage befindet sich eine offene Küche mit allen Geräten und das Wohnzimmer mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Blick auf Ellmau und die Berge ist herrlich. Der Kontakt mit Jasmina war super.

Wir durften als Familie zu sechst 5 Tage in dem schönen Haus verbringen. Tolle riesige Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge, mehrere Zimmer und Bäder, großes kombiniertes Ess- und Wohnzimmer mit Küche, mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten mit Sitzbank und Tisch im ganzen Haus und mehrere Terrassen mit Holzkohlegrill. Superfreundlicher Empfang und ständig verfügbare Ansprechpartner bei Fragen und Anliegen. Wir haben es sehr genossen und planen schon einen nächsten Aufenthalt!
