Central location in a beautiful village, great base for exploring the area.

Good location next to the shop, cafes and bus stop. The host was excellent and responded to any questions very quickly and helpfully.

We had a ground floor apartment with no terrace or balcony. I didn’t realise this when booking, so we were disappointed that there was no view. The host offered use of a balcony upstairs, to help with this.

Good enough apartment in a good location in Scheffau village. Close to skibus

The fridge had water in it, it had been in need of a defrost for a long time! So stuff got wet. There was no waterstop in the bathtub so the bath could not be used as such (only shower in bath) There was no sofa in the living kitchen, only a table and 4 chairs. The sofa was in the bedroom. A bit unpractical was the fact that to reach the bedroom you needed to go through the bathroom. The manager was very helpful and sorted the bath issue etc. Apartment 1 is on ground floor so no view. But that was ok.

Alles in allem waren wir aber trotzdem zufrieden und würden auch wiederkommen, wenn man davon ausgehen kann dass auch un

Wir hatten einen Hund dabei, wir waren uns sicher wir hätten für ihn mitgebucht… scheinte allerdings nicht der Fall gewesen zu sein. Die Vermieter waren trotz der Umstände sehr kulant und wir durften trotzdem bleiben. Wir mussten 80€ Mehrkosten für die Reinigung zahlen, weil sie wohl eine extra Firma beauftragen mussten wegen Allergikern. Verstehen wir natürlich alles, haben das Geld auch gezahlt.

Beim letzten Durchgang am Abreisetag (wir hatten zwei Kleinkinder dabei) wurde natürlich gründlich geschaut, ob etwas liegen geblieben ist. Beim Blick unter sämtliche Möbel wurde uns gar schlecht… bei aller Liebe aber bei so viel Dreck, alten Hotelhauschuhen etc. kann man irgendwie die Mehrkosten für die Allergiereinigung nicht nachvollziehen 😅 mein Mann hat selbst eine Hausstaubmilben Allergie, der Blick am Ende erklärt wieso er Probleme hatte 😅 Die Unterkunft an sich war tatsächlich sauber, zumindest da wo man hinschaut😅

Tolle Lage und nettes Personal. Zimmer sind ausreichend groß Balkon

Gerade das nötigste an Geschirr vorhanden. Messer sind alle stumpf. Die Wohnung sollte mal sauber gemacht werden. Seh unhygienisch. Boden war in der Küche mit Fingernägel vorhanden, Staub und Dreck am Boden. Spinnenweben vorhanden

War kein gemütlicher Aufenthalt aufgrund des Zustands der Wohnung

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral.

Die Apartments waren sehr schmutzig und einiges war kaputt (Steckdosen, Fliesen,…). Nachdem wir die Vermieter kontaktiert haben, kam nochmal ein Reinigungs-Team, danach war es ein bisschen besser. Trotzdem haben wir uns nicht wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung.

Perfekte Lage mit Vollausstattung

Das Appartment liegt perfekt i. Zentrum von Scheffau mit Busanbindung vor der Tür. Ausstattung ist komplett und es gab sogar Kaffeekapseln für die ersten Tage. Saubere Betten und Handtücher in ausreichender Anzahl lagen vor. Die Bezahlung funktioniert etwas ungewöhnlich da alles voll automatisiert abläuft, inkl. Kaution über Kreditkarte. Aber alles ok und die Rückzahlung der Kaution geschah wenige Tage nach Abreise. Der Kontakt geht komplett online/email oder per Telefon und freundliche Antworten auf Fragen kommen innerhalb weniger Minuten.

Eigentlich war alles prima, vielleicht, dass die Küche und der Kühlschrank etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind, aber es funktioniert noch alles tadellos.

Perfekt für eine Gruppe oder Familie

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig, auch die Aufteilung auf drei Zimmer mit je eigenem Bad ist sehr praktisch. Und die Betten sind ebenso sehr bequem. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden fall wieder buchen. Auch nach den Apres ski ist der Weg zu fuß gut zu bestreiten.

Die Wohnung ist in einem miserablen Zustand und den Preis nicht wert. Der Eigentümer glänzt durch Abwesenheit und Unprof

Die Lage der Unterkunft war gut, sehr zentral in Scheffau. Die Betten waren bequem.

In der Wohnung gab es unzählige Mängel. Vor allem der unangenehme, penetrante Geruch hat uns sehr gestört. Mehrere Duftspraydosen in der Wohnung sollten hier wohl Abhilfe schaffen. Unsauberkeit in allen Ecken, teilweise Schimmel in den Duschen. Die Wohnung wurde mit unzureichend gespültem Geschirr in einer nicht ausgeräumten Spülmaschine übergeben. Der als Fernseher beworbene Monitor in der Küche kann keinerlei Fernsehprogramm empfangen. Die Kochmesser sind allesamt stumpf, teilweise lösen sich die Griffe ab. Bei Übergabe lief die Toilettenspülung dauerhaft, eine Duschtüre fiel bei erster Benutzung aus der Halterung. Uns wurde eine Wohnung mit drei Rollen Toilettenpapier auf schief angebrachten Rollenhaltern und insgesamt 18 Kleiderbügeln für 5 Personen übergeben (für 1 Woche!), es gab nur einen Kleiderschrank! Die Übergabe bei An- und Abreise erfolgte absolut anonym über einen Schlüsselsafe. Den Eigentümer/Vermieter, der für diesen Saustall verantwortlich ist, haben wir zu keinem Zeitpunkt zu Gesicht bekommen. Es gab nur telefonischen Kontakt, trotz der erheblichen Mängel. Der Umgang des Vermieters mit unserer Reklamation war in hohem Maße unprofessionell und das Gegenteil von Kundenfreundlich. Der Neffe des Vermieters konnte zwar die Toilettenspülung reparieren, die übrigen Mängel aber nicht. Ein Preisnachlass wurde ausdrücklich und unfreundlich abgelehnt. Alles in allem: Unzumutbar.
