Gute Lage, bequeme Betten, sehr netter und immer erreichbarer Vermieter!

Das Appartement liegt in etwas abseits, umgeben von Grün. Man ist schnell in Ellmau oder auch in Söll etc. Die Ausstattung ist gut und es hat alles, was man braucht.

Das Appartement war sehr kalt, da die Fenster geöffnet waren und wir erstmal die Heizung in Gang bringen mussten. Das hätte man vorab schon machen können, da wäre der Empfang schön warm gewesen.

Unterkunft ist sehr groß und geräumig, Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war gut und schnell

Dass keine Bettwäsche und Geschirrtücher gestellt waren (man musste es selbst mitbringen oder Aufpreis bezahlen), unfreundliches Putz Personal, die uns kurz vor Check out Zeit unfreundlich darauf hinwiesen, bald die Unterkunft zu verlassen, eine von uns hatte nach der Lagerung ihres Koffers im Schlafbereich unter dem Dach Larven und Ungeziefer im Koffer

they where very helpful with the heating problem!!

it wasn't a 4 bedroom apartment... one of them is an improvised loft with no door and no widow!! I don't think that the authorities allowed them that bedroom out off any touristic standard!!! some lenjerie was smelling bed and the towels even if they where clean was very old...they should be changed!!

The suite itself was as the pictures show and very comfortable. We were 3 people staying there and we all had our own bedrooms, while 2 of us had to share a bathroom. 15 min walk to the closest gondola to the Ski Welt resort. We used taxis to move around for going to places like Sol or when we skiid in Kitzbuhl. Its cheaper than renting a car and Sol is a 5 minute drive away (EUR18 one way), Kitzbuhl is 20 mins (EUR 48 one way) so easy to get around. Just find a reliable taxi company and they will handle your transportation. We liked this apartment, its comfortable and is in a good location with easy taxi access to several resorts and towns.

I really didn't like the fees that were added AFTER I made the non refundable payment for the reservation. A EUR90 cleaning fee + a EUR15 per person linen package (i.e. bed covers, towels...etc.). I have never heard of a linen package before and its certainly non a standard additional cost... these costs should be communicated before the payment, and should be clearly shown in the booking.com page. Wifi would drop between 8-11pm.

Excellent choice for family

Really clean, spacious, good parking and by car really close to the Gondola. Stayed there once before with 4 adults and 3 kids, this time just 2 adults and 2 kids. 2 large bedrooms, a small bedroom and an open plan attic with a double bed give you a lot of options. 2 bathrooms, the big one with both a shower and a bath.

There is a garage to park your car inside. However, our Volvo V70 does not fit inside. Minor issue though. It is close to the main road, so traffic is always pretty busy.

Good and practical base to stay for going skiing at Skiwelt

Quite close to the skilift, it's a 15 minutes walk. There is also a skibusstop at the front of the appartmentpark. They have Netflix. Very roomy living room and dining area. They have multiple bathrooms, one with a large bath.

The wi-fi didn't work well. Netflix was slow between 19-21 hrs. There are not enough parking spaces. One day the front door wouldn't unlock and we were stuck for hours in the appartment (but Netlfix was working then). :-)

Great, big, clean apartment

Nicely big living room with the newest TV and Hifi. The two bathrooms were large, new and clean. Also every room has a balcony. Very comfortable beds as well. Only 15 minutes walk to skiwelt. Great apartment, I would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

The locker for the key pick up was too small. And some more information regarding the apartment park and where to park would be nice. It was really hot in the apartment and we couldn't bring down the heat. We also did call the provided phone number but no response. The only thing we missed was a place to dry our skiing gear.
