Pleasant experience

Convenient located, very responsive management. I found the bed comfortable but I enjoy a firmer mattress. Easy parking especially in comparison to other locations on the street. My friends were in a hotel up the street and I ended up keeping the car with me since it was easier. Pretty standard European rental otherwise, limited towels and blankets, etc. but I didn’t mind since it was just me. It didn’t have the charm the other locations had but it was cheap, available, and I didn’t feel like was settling.

The property was a little unused so there was some cobwebs and dusty areas but nothing that made me concerned about using the facilities. They had the heat up so I had to crack a window. There was some pretty heavy construction nearby but that didn’t phase me actuality.

Супер апартаменты, парковка, шаговая доступность до подъемников

1) Супер поддержка постояльцев, очень четкие инструкции по заселению 2) Небольшие апартаменты, но все очень удобно продумано! 3) Пешком можно дойти до подъемников - реально 250 - 300 метров 4) Рядом булочная пекарня 5) Билеты на автобусы на все дни проживания 6) Можно оставить вещи внизу после выезда и пойти кататься еще на день 7) Очень тихо 8) 3 пешеходных маршрута в 2 деревни и 1 по лесу. Зимой прошел все 3, наверняка есть больше. 9) Бесплатная парковка прямо у апартаментов

1) Очень ранний выезд 2) Кому принципиально узнавайте на каком этаже поселят - надо ходить по лестнице 3) Не было губки мыть посуду, купили и оставили следующим постояльцам)

Tiroli nyaralás

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedése volt a szállásnak, könnyen elérhetők a környező városok. Tiszta volt az apartman és gyönyörű kilátás nyílt a teraszról a szemben lévő hegyre. Az ágy kényelmes volt, a fürdőszoba tágas és még fürdőkád is volt benne. A parkolás ingyenes a ház előtt közvetlenül. A wifi mindig jól működött. A kis konyhában a legalapvetőbb dolgokat el lehetett készíteni.

Néha a 2. emeleten csatornaszag volt a lépcsőházban. A konyhában jól jött volna egy edény szárító és egy sajt reszelő.

Besser als erwartet

Das Appartement war sauber, man fand viel Stauraum. Die kleine Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was ein Urlauber so braucht. Man hat an allem gedacht. Große Toilette/Dusche. Trotz der Nähe zur Bundesstraße haben die Fenster sehr gut isoliert. Sie waren immer erreichbar und gingen auf alle meine Fragen ein. Das Organisatorische mit Übergabe des Schlüssels, Türcode etc wurde sehr gut eingerichtet. Von mir volle Punktzahl, gerne wieder!

Urlaub in Scheffau

Das Appartment hat mir mit seiner kompletten Ausstattung sehr gefallen. Ich war positiv überrascht. Sehr sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet.

Die vielen Treppen bis ganz nach oben, aber dafür kann der Betreiber nichts. Der Wasserhahn im Bad am Waschbecken hat leider alles vollgespritzt, wenn man ihn aufgedreht hat.

Kaiserwetter am Wilden Kaiser, bissl mehr Schnee wäre toll gewesen…

Die Lage nah am Lift ist super. Morgens der Bäcker ein paar Schritte entfernt und nachmittags konnte man einen netten Spaziergang zum Supermarkt machen. Die Straße hat uns nicht gestört oder war zu laut. Das Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich gut.

Für uns war alles fein.

Zum Skifahren super . Einfach ohne Schnickschnack

Die Nähe zur Bergbahn und damit zur Skipiste war schon super.

Leider konnte man den Safe im Zimmer nicht benutzen, er war zu und auf Nachfrage(per Mail) , braucht man den ja eh nicht 👎

Super Lage und soweit alles ok

Super Lage gleich an der Piste. Alles recht modern im Zimmer. Die größe des Zimmers war ausreichend Es war immer leise

Im Bad hat es sehr stark nach Abfluss gestunken und dementsprechend auch im Zimmer Auf dem Boden waren überall Hundehaare Der Ausstattung der Küche war nicht gut. Es war nicht mal ein richtiges Messer da. Kein Küchentuch zum Abtrocknen, kein Schwamm zum Waschen. Gabeln nur in klein. Die ganzen Codes für die Türen waren sehr verwirrend.

Sind einen Tag früher abgereist, da der Lärm uns körperlich total belastet hat.

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer

Atmosphäre im Appartment, keine richtige Kaffeemaschine, mussten den Balkon mit Nachbarn teilen, da die Trennwand fehlte.(war extrem schwierig, da wir beide mit Hund da waren). Am schlimmsten jedoch war die riesige Baustelle direkt vorm Balkon, extremer Lärm von morgens 7 Uhr bis abends17Uhr. Nutzung von Balkon war deshalb nicht möglich. Ebenso konnten keine Fenster bzw. Balkontüre geöffnet werden. Hinweis auf Baustelle war erst ersichtlich in der Buchungsbestätigung von booking.com, Stornierung leider nicht mehr möglich. Ausserdem täglich toller Ausblick auf die geöffneten Toilettenanlagen der Bauarbeiter. Das Appartmenthaus war total leer, bis auf unseren Nachbarn.
