After taking a load off in the mud room guests can enjoy themselves in this home's spacious living room with a 70' LCD TV. Then head out onto the balcony to enjoy some stellar beach views! The third level's sitting area is perfect for relaxing with a drink or taking a post-beachcombing nap. There is plenty of room in this three-story home to enjoy a relaxing family vacation. Just use the outdoor shower before bringing in all that sand.

You are also less than five miles away from local shops, delicious dining options, and attractions for all ages! Waterville USA, located just over five miles away, is a fun spot with an amusement park, water park, and even an escape room that guests can enjoy. Don't forget to have dinner at The Hangout, located four and a half miles from the house, where they have a huge selection of delicious food, scheduled live entertainment, and a souvenir shop! Gulf State Park Pier has extensive piers to explore (and some fun bird friends!) just six miles out.

Roomy nice house -love the couch! Plenty of dishes, towels, ice, supplies. Close walk to beach/ great balcony! Thanks for the opportunity to stay in your nice home.

Overall the property was nice. Remember this is a rental beach house used over and over. Would I recommend this house to rent - Absolutely!! One note is when we arrived, the pine straw had a good amount of dog poop there. We picked up after our dog but everyone should do the same.It's right on the beach(bonus) in a very family oriented location. Everyone respects your space on the beach and they didn't intrude on you space. Fishing not the greatest if you want to fish.Main attractions are about 12 minutes away.On the house - master is downstairs with 3 additional bedrooms upstairs. There is a well used charcoal grill on site and it does work. Bring paper towels, napkins, and TP so you have some during the week to use.Overall i would give an overall score of 9.5.

Location second to none. Can tell it was once a lovely home. But needs a serious deep clean. Like touch every surface of house, toss disgusting bath and outside mats, CLEAN or replace carpets, organize kitchen and throw out broken or very used items, ie not one frying pan was usable. Broken handles, so disorganized difficult to find anything. For what we paid (almost $1500/night) , it was not in good shape. More of an owner issue than property manager - Vacasa was very responsive to A/C issue which was quickly resolved. It just needs some love. Too much for a turnaround cleaning crew to do. We will not be returning if it stays in this shape...a shame. So much potential.
