This spacious 120 m² holiday cottage can accommodate up to 8 guests and is tastefully decorated, making it the perfect place to enjoy a sunny holiday in the Pyrénées-Orientales.
Located within the Mas du Domaine de Montcalm, a charming former wine estate which is also home to three other holiday cottages and three guest rooms, it offers a peaceful and pleasant setting.
On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with a fireplace, as well as a dining area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen leading onto a private garden, with outdoor furniture and a barbecue provided.
Upstairs, there are 4 spacious bedrooms, including 2 with twin beds and 2 with double beds, as well as two shower rooms and two separate toilets.
The cottage is air-conditioned and offers Wi-Fi internet access.
Guests can also enjoy the estate’s swimming pool, which is shared with the other accommodation on the property.

Welcome to the Mas du Domaine de Montcalm, a beautiful former 19th-century wine estate located between the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains, in the heart of the Roussillon plain.
Easily accessible, the Mas du Domaine de Montcalm is just 15 minutes from Perpignan, the former capital of the Kings of Majorca, with its airport, TGV high-speed train station and easy access to the A9 motorway.
