Enjoy an unforgettable stay in this magnificent, fully renovated villa, set on a 700 m² fenced plot in the heart of a quiet residential neighborhood. Featuring a private 12 x 5.5-meter swimming pool, this property is the perfect setting for your vacation, just 10 minutes from the coast's most beautiful beaches.
Property Description
This high-standing villa can accommodate up to 10 guests. It offers all the amenities needed for a peaceful holiday:
Living Space: A vast, cozy living room with a fireplace and TV, along with a large dining table for 10 people.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, as well as a washing machine and dryer.
Outdoors: A well-maintained garden and a majestic secured pool (open from June 15th to September 15th).
Wellness: A sauna is available (off-peak season, from September 15th to May 30th) at a rate of €30 per entry for 5 people.
Prime Location
Located 10 minutes from the beaches of Torreilles, Canet-en-Roussillon, Sainte-Marie, and Saint-Cyprien, the villa is also an ideal starting point to explore the region:
30 mins from the Spanish border.
40 mins from Figueres (Dalí Museum).
1.5 hours from Barcelona.

Additional Services
Parking: Two spaces available in front of the house + a free covered public car park 200m away.
Boat Rental: Opportunity to rent our private boat (without skipper) for a full or half day. Please contact us for rates and availability.
House Rules
To ensure the peace of the neighborhood and the quality of your stay, please respect the following rules:
Guest Profile: House reserved exclusively for families. Groups of young people, parties, and noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Quiet Hours: Located in a calm residential area. Respect for neighbors is required 24/7. Loud music is forbidden outside the house.
Occupancy: Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Any additional undeclared person may lead to the cancellation of the stay or a €150 per week penalty (payable on-site).
Visitors: Day visitors must be approved by the owners at the time of booking.
Maintenance: To ensure optimal service, a technician may access the outdoor areas (garden and pool) without prior notice between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. The exterior gates do not lock to allow this access.
Cleanliness: The barbecue, oven, and pool must be left clean. Trash must be placed in closed bags and deposited in the outdoor containers.
Check-in/Check-out: Arrival from 4:00 PM | Departure by 10:00 AM.

Great help with check in and check out. The pool is amazing and the large terrace is a lovely sun trap. Kitchen is very well equipped and there was plenty of hot water. Great choice of TV channels too.

No words can describe how amazing this house is. 5 star and had any appliance you could require. We came as a group of 8 and can say there was plenty of room for us to not feel on top of each other. The pool was amazingly large and was suitable for our 2 young daughters at 3 and 5 and felt safe that the pool was gated. There to was plenty of areas in the villa to go and cool down and my favourite place was the hammocks.
Will definitely be coming back.
Only advice I would give is to make sure you hire a car as the nearest supermarket is a 15 minute walk , however there are regular buses that take you to the nearest beach 20 minutes away and into perpignan.
