Nous avons séjourné dans le duplex qui est un appartement avec 4 chambres de 2 personnes, 2 salles de bain, et un grand salon/salle à manger/cuisine. L’espace est très agréable à vivre et très propre, la cuisine bien équipée. L’appartement est très bien situé, avec un accès pratique par digicode.
Attention toutefois à faire attention lors de la réservation à bien se faire préciser dans quel appartement vous logerez. L’annonce porte sur 2 appartements : l’un avec les magnifiques terrasses, l’autre (le duplex) n’a pas de terrasse

Contact with the host could have been better. I am not tech minded and do not have a smartphone, so unfortunatly only recieved the up to date entry information after I had left the UK. It turned out we were trying to gain entry with old information given to me when i made the booking in November. I had tried to contact the host the week before we left to iron out things like this. as I usually do, but found in difficult. All that said i wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Las dos terrazas, ideales para descansar o desayunar al aire libre. La cocina está perfectamente equipada y el cuarto de estar que completa las zonas comunes es cómodo y práctico. Además, el apartamento está en el centro histórico de Perpignan y eso es una ventaja.
No hay ascensor hasta el apartamento, sólo escaleras.
