About this villa rental
Magnificent villa 2 faces transformed with an enchanting garden with several atmospheres. Possibility to sleep to 10 people at ease. All equipment is new. Beautiful living space with fitted kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, washer and dryer, ceramic induction, oven, fridge, freezer and coffee machine. Living room with fireplace and TV. High-to-eat dining table that seats 10 people. Separate TV lounge that can house additional office bedroom for 1 couple or 4 children. 2 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bathrooms-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Outdoor pavilion by independent studio office with double bed + mezzanine for children, kitchen and en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet can accommodate a family. Two splendid swimming pools (possibility to heat the one of the high outside summer for an additional cost of EUR 200 / week) with a heat pump of which one with a bar to enjoy the long summer evenings. The pools are secure housing space with a separation net. Coin sandbox for children or adults beach lovers! Sun loungers, covered terrace, bar, barbecue, etc. Real dream vacation awaits you in this house! Quiet residential area. Many parking outside the house. 7 km from the beach. At ten minutes from the beaches of Canet-en-Roussillon - Torreilles - Sainte Marie. 30 minutes from the Spanish border. Figueres 40 minutes with its Dali Museum and Barcelona at 1:30 for shopping and going out! TGV Perpignan available to reach the center of Barcelona in 40 minutes. The area is quiet, family environment. Out of respect for the neighbors, the house is not suitable for people who want to party.
During your stay, technicians must be able to access the technical room and the swimming pool for the maintenance of the installations and the verification of the water. The technicians must be able to intervene in the garden part every day from 9:00 to 21:00 without having to warn you first. We would therefore like to thank you for leaving the garden door not locked during this time.
Regulation of the house:
- House reserved ONLY for families
- House is not suitable for youth groups
- Residential and calm environment
- Respect of the neighborhood 24/24
- Parties and noisy parties strictly forbidden
- Strong music during the forbidden day outside the house
- No pets
- Check in from 16:00
- Check out by 10:00
- Only people who have been mentioned in the reservation have access to the house. No other extra guests can stay there without notifying the owners in advance.
- If the number of people announced during the reservation, is not respected and that the owners were not warned, they have the right to cancel the stay or to request a fixed price to the person who has not not announced from EUR 150 a week. This sum will have to be given cash to the owners.
- The same day visits must be announced and accepted by the owners when booking the accommodation.
- Access to the technician without warning between 9:00 and 21:00 every day for the maintenance of the garden and the pool to ensure the quality of the service
- At the exit of the house, bed sheets must be removed and towels and deposited in the laundry bins
- The barbecue and the oven are made clean
- The pool is clean as on your arrival
- Garbage cans must be in garbage bags and placed in containers outside the house.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, au calme, et avons pleinement profité de l'espace piscine.
La location correspond assez fidèlement à la description de l'annonce même si les photos "datent" un peu.
Pour que tout soit parfait, il conviendrait de moderniser le mobilier de jardin (remplacer au moins une des tables et bancs qui sont en bois par un salon de jardin offrant de véritables assises confortables avec dossiers, remplacer les transats en plastique par des transats plus design et plus confortables, équiper le logement d'un barbecue à gaz qui sera plus facile d'entretien que l'actuel barbecue ou, à défaut, procéder à un véritable nettoyage préalablement à chaque location, notamment de la grille).
Ces quelques suggestions ne remettent absolument pas en cause la qualité de la location. Elles visent seulement à atteindre la perfection...

War eine schöne Zeit in dem Super schönen Anwesen. Nett eingerichtet, alles da was man benötigt. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Grandios. Kommen gerne wieder, wenn nicht in das Haus in eins der Häuser vom Besitzer!!

Samen met mijn gezin heb ik een super vakantie gehad in dit huis.
Het is dicht bij het strand, Perpignan, supermarkten, bakkers en restaurants.
Het huis is erg ruim en zeer intelligent ingedeeld. Ze hebben het zo gemaakt dat er in het huis zelf 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers zijn.
In de tuin is nog een buitenhuis gemaakt met een 2 persoonsbed en zolder waar nog iemand kan slapen. Er is genoeg ruimte om te chillen en ook een zandbak voor de kleine kinderen.
De keuken is ruim en is voorzien van alle nodige apparatuur.
Verder zijn er 2 ruime zwembaden waarvan er 1 verwarmd kan worden.
Tijdens ons verblijf was het weer vrij fris. De motor om het zwembad te verwarmen kreeg het niet warm genoeg. de eigenaar die zeer vriendelijk dacht direct in oplossingen.
- Hij schafte gelijk een sterkere motor aan zodat het water in het zwembad 2 graden omhoog ging
- Hij gaf ons de tip om wetsuits voor de kinderen te kopen bij Decathlon
- Hij gaf ons ook de optie om in zijn eigen privehuis in de buurt te komen zwemmen met zijn eigen kinderen.
- Hij gaf ons ook de mooie en minder mooie plekken door in de buurt waar we konden gaan wandelen, karten, eten etc.

Avec ma famille, j'ai passé de bonnes vacances dans cette maison.
La maison est proche de la plage et de la ville de Perpignan, Les supermarchés, les boulangeries et les restaurants.
La maison est très spacieuse et très intelligemment aménagée. Ils ont fait en sorte qu'il y ait 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain dans la maison elle-même.
Dans le jardin, une autre maison de campagne a été aménagée avec un lit double et un grenier où quelqu'un peut dormir. Il y a aussi beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre et il y a aussi un bac à sable pour les petits enfants.
La cuisine est spacieuse et est équipée de tout le matériel nécessaire. Il y a également 2 grandes piscines, dont l'une peut être chauffée.Pendant notre séjour, le temps était assez frais. Le moteur pour chauffer la piscine n'a pas chauffé suffisamment.
le propriétaire qui pensait très sympathique directement dans les solutions.
- Il a immédiatement acheté un moteur plus puissant pour que l'eau de la piscine monte de 2 degrés
- Il nous a donné le conseil d'acheter des combinaisons pour les enfants.
- Il nous a également donné la possibilité de venir nager avec ses propres enfants dans sa propre maison privée à proximité.

dessus de notre réservation exterieur sale ( toile araignée/bain de soleil sale/ carreaux de la piscine qui se décollait/ pas de plat en cuisine) coin repas exterieur peu confortable sans oublier la literie ... en vue du tarif
