Villa Méditerranée is south facing, all day long you can enjoy the sun at the pool and patio. The villa consists of a first floor and a 1st floor and offers 150m2 of living space on a plot of 1100m2 with a total of 8 beds. Reversible air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living room.

French doors in the living room give you direct access to the patio from where you have views of the pool.
On the patio you have a large table for meals and nearby the barbecue for preparing grilled meats.

The open kitchen with its dining area (4 people) is fully equipped (fridge/fridge, dishwasher, gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster). A second fridge is also available in the laundry room next to the kitchen.
In the air-conditioned living room you have a dining area for 8 people. Wi-Fi Internet (Fiber) available. All bedrooms have reversible air conditioning.

The pool is sunny all day long and if you want to take a holiday at the beginning or end of the season, you can enjoy the comfort of the pool which will be heated to the right temperature. The pool measures 9m by 4m. You can take advantage of the solar shower to rinse off after swimming.
In the garden, you will find a private petanque court and charming garden furniture to share a convivial moment around an aperitif.

The property is fully fenced with gates to enjoy a peaceful stay with manicured garden with lawn and plants.
The garage is suitable for 1 car (standard) and 1 parking space on the plot.
