Ideally located 10 km from Saint-Cyprien beach and 13 km from Perpignan, Elne (66200) close to amenities (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, doctor, dentist, post office, police ...).

We had a wonderful stay in Elne. The house is well kept, the garden is very large with plenty of seating areas, the pool is excellent and there are many activities (badminton, table tennis, volley ball etc). We stayed for one week, when the weather was extremely hot. The house has ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Restaurants, cafés and bars in Elne are within walking distance and there is a nice walking/running trail just behind the house.
I strongly recommend this house!

Agréable maison avec de l'espace et tout le mobilier utile a d 'agréables vacances en famille. Piscine très bien entretenue et sécurisée. Jardin ombragé et fleuri équipé de mobilier de jardin, d'espaces de détente et de jeux de plein air. Chambre fraiches grace aux ventilateurs de plafond. Cuisine équipée et pratique. Mobilier pour bébé. Quelques nuisances sonores liés au passage de trains de marchandises sur la voie très proche et la route en journée.

A somewhat dated house with a very beautiful garden and perfect swimming pool. A friendly host, who quickly solved some small issues. We really have enjoyed our stay very much. The sleeping rooms are spacious with a dedicated shower. Large kitchen with proper equipment. During the night some noise from the D914 and train, though we got used to that and all slept well.

Une maison très agréable où nous nous sentons très bien à l'intérieur comme l'extérieur. Elle dispose de grandes chambres ainsi qu'un très grand terrain où les animaux peuvent gambader en toute sécurité.
