About this villa rental
Superb Villa with heated pool (from May to October) capacity 8 to 10 people
Independent villa with garden, heated heated swimming pool equipped with a barrier to standards and terraces, fully fenced, 2 private parking spaces on the garden side and parking spaces opposite the villa
5 minutes walk from the marina, shops, restaurants, entertainment and large sandy beaches.

It includes 4 large air-conditioned rooms (from April 2019) including a master suite with bathroom and balcony access to the pool side

Gas plancha between the terrace and the kitchen
Garden with lawn, orange, lemon and flowering laurels
The pool is maintained by our service provider once or twice a week
For the period July and August the household linen is included in the rental amount and the end of stay cleaning is optional at the price of 130 €
For the other periods, the cleaning at the end of the stay and the provision of the household linen (sheet, sponge towels) are optional for an amount of 150 €
The day of your departure the villa must be returned in the same general condition as on your arrival

We booked this villa for a family holiday and my 60th birthday. The property overall was very good. The poll was beautiful. Location was easy walking to the beach and bikes were also provided

We visited in October towards the very end of summer season, we were welcomed in to the villa which was clean and tidy with plenty of space for 5 adults and 2 small children.
The pool is a great and heated, the children loved it. We also made use of the BBQ in the evenings.
The villa is 15 minute walk from the Habour and less than 10 minutes from a supermarket.
All in all a good experience and pleasant stay

Nous étions 4 adultes. La maison est spacieuse, bien équippée et très, très propre, grâce aux soins de Fernando. La pisine est belle, elle aussi très bien entretenue plusieures fois par semaine, par Fernando. Les volets méritent un peu d'attention, mais bon,..! Un petit commerce (mini Carrefour) très pratique à 2 pas, un coin particulièrement calme, et très proche du port et de la plage sud. Aussi, proche du parc de la Prade, un grand parc magnifique propice aux marches matinales. Il y a aussi l'UDSIS et son club hippique, pour ceux qui aiment l'équitation.
Propriétaire aimable et joignable, et la personne qui s'occupe de l'entretien (Fernando) est exceptionnel! Bref, une maison à recommander, et à louer.
Ayant visité d'autres maisons équivalentes dans le coin, le prix de la location de cette maison pourrait être un peu moins élevé. Peut-être à voir avec le propriétaire?
En tout cas nous avons passé un excellent séjour, tout le monde était content, et nous n'avons rien à regretter!
