About this villa rental
Discover this magnificent 1,500 m² property, quietly situated in a cul-de-sac within a charming village known for its glassmaking heritage. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, this fully air-conditioned villa comprises three separate living areas: the main villa, the poolside apartment (the "Annexe"), and an additional studio if required. These spaces offer a perfect blend of comfort, roominess, and privacy.
Property highlights:
An enclosed, tree-filled 1,300 m² garden featuring a private, heated, salt-water pool (9.40 x 3.90 m) with safety features (heated to approx. 26°C from mid-April to mid-October).
Three terraces (one shaded by a pergola), a barbecue, a plancha grill, garden furniture, outdoor games, and five bicycles available upon request.
On-site parking for three vehicles, including an electric vehicle charging station.
Pets welcome: Up to three dogs are accepted, with access to your own fully enclosed private garden and a small cooling-off pool reserved for them.
Flexible layout to suit your needs:
Option 1 (capacity up to 10 people – 189 m²): Accommodation includes the main villa and the poolside annexe. You will have access to 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, two spacious living areas, an open-plan kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer), a mezzanine, a second fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer), an entrance hall, and a utility room/cellar (washing machine and large chest freezer). If needed, the annexe includes a small "Lemon" bedroom featuring a bunk bed (two 80x190 cm sleeping spaces).
Option 2 (capacity up to 12 people – 223 m²): You get everything mentioned above, plus an independent, air-conditioned 34 m² studio. It features a large room with a kitchenette, a fold-down bed (160x200 cm), a mezzanine level, a shower room with a toilet, and a washing machine.
The standard rate adjusts based on the number of guests. However, if you wish to book all three units included in Option 2, simply contact us so we can provide a quote covering the villa, the annex, and the studio.
Location and surroundings:
The villa is ideally situated for exploring the region, nestled between the fine sandy beaches of Argelès-sur-Mer and the rugged beauty of the Côte Vermeille.
The village is within walking distance and offers a mini-market, pharmacy, medical practice, post office, local producers, and a Thursday market.
Nearby amenities include hiking trails, a lake, a treetop adventure course, swings, and pétanque courts. An Intermarché supermarket is 5 km away, with larger hypermarkets located 6.7 km away.
Your hosts, Laurence and Olivier, live in a separate outbuilding with its own entrance and garden, ensuring your privacy. The only shared area is the access driveway leading to the various units.
Open: From April through the end of October, as well as during the Christmas holidays.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le fait que le logement soit de plein-pied, avec toutes les pièces qui donnent sur la piscine !
Le quartier est calme, et on peut facilement (en voiture) accéder à la côte.

Nach den Covid 19 Beschränkungen haben Laurence und Olivier ihr Ferienhaus nach langer Zeit wieder für uns zugänglich gemacht.Ganz herzlichen Dank dafür.Wir hatten eine absolute Privatshäre in dem Haus und konnten den davorliegenden Pool exclusiv nutzen.Bei Fragen zu Ausflügen oder Restaurants waren sie immer ansprechbar.Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen,die Nähe zum Meer,aber auch zu den Bergen.Perpignan ist nur eine halbe Stunde Autofahrt entfernt.Wir haben es sehr genossen.

From the pre-arrival communications and throughout the duration of our stay, Laurence and Olivier were fantastic hosts, helping with any queries we had. Maintaining a great balance of being there when needed but respecting your privacy - couldn’t have hoped for a more welcoming couple.The property was clean and exactly like the pictures, situated in a private space. The gite is close to the village centre and 15 mins from the beach, we also took a day trip to Barcelona. There is plenty to do in the region but between the beach and pool at the property, we were very happy with our stay!!
