The house is situated in a good location outside of the old town of Perugia, and a great vantage point to easily get in

The house was very clean and we had full use of everything including the washing machine.

The water pressure was quite low and the shower rose kept slipping down.

Ogni cosa, proprietari gentili e casa super fornita. Senza dubbio il miglior alloggio che abbia mai usufruito. Se dovessi tornare a Perugia senza dubbio alloggerei di nuovo in questa struttura.

Appartamento completo di forniture, abbastanza comodo

Cucina fornita, lavastoviglie, olio, sale e caffè a disposizione! Tutto l'essenziale per cucinare in fretta. All'appartamento non manca nulla, ci sono pure lavatrice e stendino, bidoni della differenziata... Il letto matrimoniale è comodo! Fortuna che ci sono le zanzariere su ogni finestra e pure aria condizionata. Asciugamani, bagnoschiuma, asciugacapelli... potete viaggiare leggeri! Gestori gentili perché puntuali al nostro arrivo. Dentro il telefono prende male, ma si rimedia con il wifi, quindi usatelo!

Purtroppo ad abbassare la valutazione è la posizione: vicino alla stazione dei treni e i serramenti non riescono a tenere fuori il rumore, anche le imposte lasciano passare molta luce: servirebbero tende spesse almeno per tenere fuori la luce (per chi ha il sonno leggero). Il rumore è gestibile finché gli operai non decidono di lavorare dalle 3 alle 4 del mattino sulla ferrovia: un grave disturbo da parte del comune di Perugia (oltretutto, la linea ferroviaria attualmente non funziona, ci sono scarsi bus sostitutivi). Mi dispiace, ma ad abbassare la recensione è il comune di Perugia che assilla i suoi cittadini in questo modo una volta ogni 2 settimane, mi spiace per i residenti. In ogni caso voi futuri ospiti potreste sopportare il disagio meglio di me. Ho trovato qualche pelo nel bagno, poteva esserci pulizia più accurata. Parcheggio difficilissimo: con un suv non ci state.

Buona vacanza - struttura discreta

Colazione credo non fosse prevista, ma Roberto ha reso disponibile cialde di caffè e un mezzo litro di latte con qualche brioche e acqua. Sicuramente il pezzo forte della struttura è il punto e la gentilezza e discrezione dei titolari.

Purtroppo, il posto per la mia auto Nissan Xtrail molto stretto e quindi non utile, anche se mi hanno riservato un parcheggio proprio lì davanti. La pulizia non era approfondita, con un po' di polvere sparsa qui e là, la cosa che purtroppo ci ha lasciati esterefatti è la presenza di cattivo odore da cuscini del divano (urina) che il sig. Roberto ha subito portato via. Infine il piano di sotto, si presenta molto umido. Vicinanza della ferrovia, con rumore del passaggio dei treni, a cui poi ci si abitua, anche perché non è esagerato. Suggerirei: deumidificatori al piano sottostante, con profumatori delicati, una pulizia un po' più approfondita, eliminando quei divani in tessuto al piano sottostante, o lavati più spesso.

Удобная квартира, хорошо оборудованная всем необходимым в хорошо расположенном месте. Хорошая частная парковка. Дружелюбные хозяева. Были проблемы с wi fi. Хозяева помогли починить, объяснили, что проблемы на линии. Не знаю, возможно так и было, но в какой-то момент wi Fi снова пропал. Все остальное было хорошо, спасибо! Особенно порадовало молоко в холодильнике к нашему приезду ( магазины были уже закрыты) и чай+капсулы кофе.

Consigliatissimo!

Appartamento pulito, fornito di tutto, compreso asciugapiatti, salviette, lenzuola, prodotti per la pulizia personale. I gentilissimi proprietari ci hanno fatto trovare acqua e latte in frigorifero, oltre a prodotti per la colazione, marmellate, nutella per i bambini, macchina del caffè elettrica con le sue cialde, etc. Di più non si poteva proprio chiedere! Nelle vicinanze ristoranti e supermercati. Soddisfattissimi!

Obiekt może troszkę nie nowoczesny, ale wszystkie udogodnienia są, mili gospodarze, obiekt blisko Perugii, dobra lokalizacja wypadowa, blisko stacja; mimo iż jest to piętrowa przybudówka to jest miło, przytulnie schludnie, czysto, nawet w cztery osoby każdy znajdzie sobie chwilę spokoju; bliska linia kolejowa nie jest uciążliwa; jeśli ktoś ma samochód to trzeba uważać podczas wjazdu na zamykająca się czasami automatycznie bramę
