Very large apartment. Rooftop patio(s) were incredible.
AC was very underpowered for the hot weather that we had when in Florence.

The windows had been painted and struggled to close them everyday my wife couldn’t And never had change of towels in 3 days we used same ones every day

Location very central Apartment was very clean to enter but there was no daily housekeeping of beds and toilets which can be improved upon
The heating was inadequate aas it was times to certain hours The AC heater didn't work as it was blowing cold air despite turning on the heat function

The sheer size of the terrace and its incredible view was breathtaking, listing to the bells while sipping vino was a match made in heaven. The penthouse was very clean and well appointed with ample space .
