Очень удачное место расположения, самый центр. Чистые удобные апартаменты. Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Единственное, 2 ванные и обе в нижнем уровне, по лестнице все время вверх-вниз. В целом классные апарты!

Location was 2 short blocks from the Duomo. Keys in the lockbox-easy. Both bathrooms are downstairs, upstairs is smaller than in pictures, but fine. The sofa bed was just fine for my 4 nights. Washing machine has a dryer setting! Direction booklet was conveniently on top of the washer. Espresso machine and wi-fi were nice. I got to try a rain shower showerhead. (...nope)

The lift was broken on arrival. It was fixed later that day, but not until after we carried all of our bags up to the third floor. Used booking.com. Received an email from them to confirm specific time of arrival, so I said 4pm. Booking.com responded saying we confirmed that your owner can accommodate that time (check in is 3pm). Owner claimed we were to arrive at 6pm when I texted him that house cleaners were there when we got there and took 30 more minutes to finish. (awkward) They felt rushed and missed a few things understandably. Horrible smelling food was left in the refrigerator and it smelled the whole 4 days. (yes, we threw it out right away) Owner wanted cash, but I informed him I paid through booking.com already. He said he wanted cash and if they charged me, I'd have to contact them. He would be there to pick up cash in the morning. I called Booking.com and within half an hour, they contacted him and I did not give him cash. Situation resolved. He is the only Air B&B that took city tax. All 3 others stated it was included in the price since it was not a hotel. only 36 euros, but, whatever.
