We had to wait a little - not long but we were a little early than expected.

That we were asked to pay 40 euros to check out at 1pm instead of 11am which is far too early and then if we wanted to stay until 5pm we were asked to pay for another night's cost of the villa.

This is a great Villa in a really nice part of Marbella.

The Villa is in a quiet street in a green and leafy part of town which is an easy 20 or so minute walk from beach. The immediate neighbourhood of the villa has some charming shops and restaurants. A small supermarket is within easy reach. The Villa is entirely as described. It is clean, modern and everything works, including, importantly, air-conditioning. There is parking (although we did not use it). The host is friendly and welcoming and responds very promptly to any questions. Marbella is a great city for sightseeing in its own right, but also for excursions further afield. It is under-touristed, considering the range of stuff there is to see and do.

Lugar para el descanso.

La casa es amplia y con todas las comodidades. Un jardín precioso y bien cuidado. Las camas comodisimas. Menaje abundante. El personal de vacation Marbella muy agradables y atentos en todo momento. Puedes ir andando a comprar al supermercado o a comer o cenar, muy valorable.

Por poner una pega, la televisión no funcionaba, pudimos hacer un apaño con un aparato externo.
