Apartment was clean, in a convenient location - easy to walk to Old Town and train station. Good for budget-minded single or couple. Host communicated well and provided clear directions.

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof ist Top. Es gibt gute Busverbindung in der Nähe und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Gute Ausstattung der Wohnung, für 2 Leute ausreichend Platz

Badtür hat sich leider nicht schliessen lassen. Im Bad hat sich die Feuchtigkeit lange gehalten. leicht muffiger Geruch, in der Wohnung. Müll der im Hausgang gelegen hat.

The host for this property is excellent and provides prompt and thorough instructions on how to enter the apartment and easy whatsapp communications. You can tell that care has been taken to make the flat suitable for short-term visitors but there are basics missing. The bedroom looks onto the garden area so is quiet.

The building that the flat is in is very rundown and the street the flat is on doesn't feel the safest and it's not in the best location for exploring Graz. The flat itself has a damp smell and is more tired than it appears on the photos. Sadly there were basic amenities missing that you would expect when staying in an apartment (tea/coffee/shower gel). There's a clothes washer, but no clothes drying rack. The ability to hang clothes is limited to a few coat hangers.
