Good accommodation but quite pricey.

The Chalet was very comfortable and had everything you could want for one night. It was in a good position.

We thought it was a bit expensive and the members of staff we had dealings with wasn’t the most pleasant. She seemed a bit annoyed by us.

Amazing, magic place!

Awesome! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this chalet! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the amazing atmosphere and positive vibes throughout. The chalet is beautifully designed and impeccably maintained, with a level of comfort and quality that truly exceeds expectations. It’s incredibly well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, from high-end amenities to thoughtful touches that make you feel right at home. The location is simply perfect – peaceful, yet conveniently close to everything. Honestly, the standard here is even better than what you’d find in a 5-star hotel. We can’t wait to come back and experience this incredible place again!

Superb stopping point!

Fantastic host and a really beautiful spot hidden next to the railway. Facilities were exceptional - Kitchen, beds and everything super clean and really comfortable. Will definitely be coming again! Perfect spot for some R&R after our hike to Cape Wrath.

Wonderful forest stay!

The location was wonderful as you can access hiking trails from the property. The chalet was also cute with comfortable rooms for multiple adults. The living room was also a nice size- overall a charming chalet

The kitchen has the basic essentials but do not expect a plethora of cooking utensils.

The site was very well maintained with flowering shrubs and window boxes on our chalet.

The bathroom door had an annoying squeak - just needs a drop of oil.

Open plan breakfast bar with all the essential facilities, and dining table. Freedom to use or not not use was good.

Warmth and Comfort

The Chalet was a sweet respite in our journey, offering comfortable accommodation close to restaurants for supper and breakfast. It was warm and inviting.

If I have to say anything negative it would only be that the road to it was quite rough (not unexpected).

A great cozy cabin in a good location!

A lovely cabin in a camping & hiking location. A cozy and clean cabin that had no musty odors, good heat and WiFi. The kids thought it was great. Food options were just a short walk away in the small village.

It was all really good. Minor quibble: my 13 year old was somewhat nervous about there being no side rail on the bunk bed so we stuck coat hangers on the side so he wouldn't roll out of the bed.

Lovely cabin, really comfortable and relaxing - great hosts!

Everything was perfect, Kirsty our host gave us a late check out which was the cherry on the cake and made the experience that much more relaxing. The cottage is fully fitted with everything you'd need - very comfy stay! Surrounding area offers lovely hikes.
