1 Arlington Villas

Apartment was perfectly situated within walking distance to all the amenities; the High Street, Harbour and sea front. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photographs. The rooms were all generously sized, tidy with clean sheets, towels. It was lovely to have the milk, biscuits, wine for our arrival. We enjoyed sitting on the patio or in the lounge window admiring the scenery and fresh sea air. Patio table and chairs were very comfortable. Very little noise from traffic and the town. Great to have the two parking bays as my partner could only attend four days. It is on a steep slope but Ilfracombe is hilly in places but we would walk up a side street which was gentler.

All the windows had cobwebs, outside and inside. Also, lot of dust to the side and behind the main bed. The cookware- oven trays/ tins need to be replaced as peeling, probably from being placed in the dishwasher.
