Summary:
Stunning private studio nestled on the banks of the prestigious Irondequoit Bay. Enjoy the Peace and tranquility of lake living but the convenience of being so close to downtown Rochester. This property has a gorgeous bay view! Perfect stop over for local events or a weekend getaway. No local guests, property is available to international and out of town traveler’s.
The Space:
This apartment is located with lake access and is very private from where I live.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. During the summer months it is excellent for watersports and boating.
Other Things to Note:
Access to the gym is located on the bottom floor of the unit that you’re staying in. Go out the door you came in then go right down the steps. You should come to another landing after going around a corner with another door to your right. The gym is through that door. Outdoor areas by the water are shared with other booking guests in my other Airbnbs as well as myself
Interaction with Guests:
I will be living on the property in the main house for the duration of your stay and can be a short walk away to answer any questions.

Cute studio overlooking the bay. Close to everything. The hosts were friendly and responsive. This will definitely be our place to stay next time we visit my daughter.

This house was beautiful, and the scene was breathtaking. Walking down to the water was easy. The lights that lead down the path was a plus. I would definitely book again next summer.

The good: The location of the property is great, close to downtown Rochester and Lake Ontario. Checkin was easy and host was responsive throughout our stay.
The not so good: We booked this particular property due to it's lake/bay front access. Unfortunately, despite the VRBO description, the entire lakefront is under construction and not accessible. The property listing should have been updated/accurate to note construction. We would have stayed somewhere else if we had known.
