Poor service, rude staff

The location was very close to the train station. I arrived close to midnight so the location was important in my choice.

The staff was rude and dishonest. I arrived at the hotel around midnight and was promised by the night staff I could check out at 1pm the next day. Next morning at around 11am, I was woken up by a phone call. This staff (different from the one the night before) refused to honour the promise and asked me to vacate my room asap. I didn't even have time to take a shower but had to check out two hours earlier than promised.

Location was good. Just 10 minutes walk from the place I had to visit the next day. Parking was for 10 eur extra. Spot located near the bahnhof.

Pillow was extremely uncomfortable. I woke up several times because of neck pain.

The hotel needs urgently an upgrade, but I encountered an different problem. I'm really disappointed how the hotel and booking.com handled a double-payment. I still haven't received a proper anwser or the payment from booking.com. Suddenly all the messages from and to the customer service are erased. Still waiting......

Definitely not the Hilton! Basic accommodation, friendly staff.

Staff members were friendly and willing to cater for my needs. Location was great - close to the main station.

The room I was given on my first night was sub standard and overlooking a main street. After the first night I was upgraded to a far better room.
