Not good but close to highway

Good because it’s close to the highway

Rooms were so old and uncomfortable. Plus our room overlooked a gas station so we had neon lights directly in our room (with curtains, thankfully) and noise all night!

This company putting profit ahead of customers.

Mercure are trying unsuccessfully to run this hotel with minimal staff. One lady to run reception and a busy bar, as well as handling requests for information or assistance. The lady did her best which was better than the premises management.

Only two lifts for six floors and probably 200 guests! In the evening one of the lifts was out of service and during the busy hour in the morning cleaning staff were taking up considerable resource moving their trolleys. Meanwhile guests, fed jp with waiting used the stairs.

Very nice family room with balcony, plenty of room and clean. Small shower but ok. Italian restaurant attached to hotel good

Place is very solid, good parking (for a fee), nice restaurant near by. Overall a good stay.

Large tourist groups, breakfast place sometimes looks messy because of them (staff really doing their best) but it’s simply too much people there

Great place to stay

We arrived too early and we're happy to wait but the lady found us another room which was available straight away. So happy as we were exhausted. The foyer with lots of seating is cosy and comfortable.

One night only

Unfriendly personal when we arrived. Room too warm Noise from petrol station and smell from McDonald’s next door, so opening window was not a good idea. Shower small and water stream could not be directed properly.

Worst nights sleep in a hotel. All we could hear all night were motorbikes and cars revving engines. Shower was hopeless and broken

I have stayed here many times and never been disappointed. The staff are superb, breakfast superb, situation very close to the A8 is great and the parking garage is safe and cheap. The attached Italian restaurant is inexpensive and very good. However there are many fast food outlets and other restaurants nearby.
