A clean and comfortable stay at a reasonable price.

The breakfast was perfect for us. There was a very good selection of items at a great price.

The only thing I didn’t like was the flooring in the rooms. Tile would feel cleaner.

I reserved for 3 adult & we had the whole appartment, 2 rooms, bathrom,WC & kitchen. Breakfast is enough & there are superette not far....The Hotel is a 4 story building, so NO elevator

The only problem is the parking, there are 5 slots (parking hotel europa) I need to call the consierge so the car parked move OUT for us to park! the WORSE is on weekEnds, there is a shisha bar next to the Hotel & clients park WhereEVER ,even blocking the passage :(

I’ve stayed just one night (business trip). I’ve loved that fact that there is a free private parking, my room had a terrace and it was clean. Breakfast was fine.

I’ve arrived around 6.30pm and the reception was closed, It was my second time in Pforzheim and I do not know that area so much, there was nobody to give me some infos about where to go for dinner for example.

Sauberkeit, geräumige Unterkunft (vermutlich eine umgenutzte Wohnung) Schnelle Reaktion auf meine Anfragen Check-in unkompliziert

Heizung war aus, es war lange recht kalt Kopfkissen Eingangsbereich mit beschädigter Tür nicht einladend Anfahrt wegen vieler Baustellen etwas umständlich

Hauptlicht im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert, habe aber an der Rezeption Bescheid gegeben am nächsten Tag. Leider nicht dafür entgegen gekommen.

La situation géographique un peu loin du centre,mais pour une nuit ce fut parfait.

Preis/Leistungsverhältnis geht in Ordnung.

Lage in der Innenstadt, mit Auto zu der Zeit schwer zu erreichen. Parkplatz war vorhanden aber alles sehr knapp und eng. Zimmer waren soweit sauber und dem Preis entsprechend in Ordnung. Frühstück war soweit okay, für uns zu dem Zweck ausreichend. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis geht in Ordnung. Wir kamen 22:45 Uhr an, Zugang zum Hotel über einen CheckIn-Automat, hat gut funktioniert. Hatten allerdings mit einer noch offenen Rezeption gerechnet.

Die Gestaltung der Flure ist nicht sonderlich ansprechend (z.B. Wandlampe ohne Abdeckung). Das könnte man mit kleinen Investitionen verbessern.

Die Art der Betten da ich extra Doppelbett gebucht habe um mehr Platz im Bett für mich zu haben,allerdings war es dann nur ein Einzelbett.

Ich konnte meine Nacht in einem Bett verbringen.

Extreme Heizungsgeräusche während der gesamten Nacht (obwohl HK abgestellt war). Duschvorhang - keine Türe. Kein Fön. Zimmer im 3. Stockwerk - kein Lift. Parkplatzsituation katastrophal bis unmöglich.

Het was een zeer slechte locatie zwevers alcholverslaafden liepen er rond en de buurt was vies je was bang dat er wat aan de auto vernield werd dus we zijn maar verder gereden
