cat-fish of an apartment, we do not recommend!!!!

the only good thing about this place is the location.

we do not recommend this place at all. It is not at all how it looks like in the photos. The ceiling on the loft is so low, you can only get around crouching or on your knees. The bed on the loft was ok, but the headboard was just leaning against the bed. the pull-out sofa on the first floor was not comfortable. The bathroom was decently sized, however, the shower did not have any shower walls so the whole bathroom got wet after one shower. no one cleans your room, and we stayed there for 6 days. The internet did not work, even if we asked the staff to fix it. communication with staff was very bad, the only way to reach them was to call, repeatedly.

Don't recommend!

Location is not bad. There are some shops not far from the appartment and Metro station.

From the arrival everything was terrible. Don't look at the main picture. The room is tiny and looks very different. We arrived on time and the room wasn't ready. Workers were fixing the ceiling. In the evening when we came back, the room was dirty. Nobody cleaned it after they did the ceiling. Wi-fi never worked Pipe leaked in the shower. Shower didn't have any walls, so all bathroom was wet. At night people always stayed on stairs in front of the entrance to the appartment, so you can't sleep well there. And don't forget to take coffee pots with you. There you will find only empty coffee machine;)

Paris us great and the room’s location is awesome for discovering the city.

The location was great we could go anywhere on foot and there were a lot of things you could do around in max 10 mins walk. The apartment was pretty decent, not very big but for a few days it was fine and it was pretty clean as well. The beds were comfortable.

The main problem was that we didn’t have internet access to the room, although it was one of the provisions of the room and it was necessary for us because we needed to work. We tried to communicate with the accommodation but in the 5 days we were here no one got back to us. For the 4 of us, this was a big problem. Secondly, the barhroom, although is clean after someone takes a bath the room floods and it is very difficult to do anything there. The top floor where the bed is, has really low ceiling so it is kinda difficult to get dressedz

the area was a little bit scary, I felt quiet unsafe. the ups stairs bedroom was way to small. it doesn’t fit a person standing

Good for budget travelers who don’t mind basic amenities and want good location.

Location was good and surrounded by metro stations, supermarkets and restaurants.

Wasn’t given proper instructions and exact location to go to for our luggage drop off as requested earlier. Was wandering the streets aimlessly with luggage on tow and happened to chance upon a cleaning lady who helped us. Shower door was missing and entire bathroom got WET whenever one took a shower! Room was on street level and could hear people talking and traffic. But location is really convenient, walking distance to quite a few places.

The only thing that is good about the property is the location

did I advertise himself and booking when they’re Airbnb they should be appetized only in our B&B the way you know what you are waiting for that don’t supply towels that those applied but but bathroom paper when you try to use the kitchen all the appliances that they have and the and the kitchen the electricity doesn’t work it was holes on the wall is not Wil Montain and the sheet that they give us were stain the wood blood When I try to talk to them they just deny the fact that they couldn’t give me towels we were four people staying there for a week and we only got a supplier five towels for the whole week and two rolls of tissue paper

Lousy

The pictures on Booking.com were actually the best of the place. This place does not deserve the name Luxury Loft.

Everything did not match the pictures and what a luxury loft should stand for. Summary: 1. The stairs towards the first floor (sleeping area) ended halfway which means you have to crawl towards the sleeping area. At the end of the stairs the ceiling was only about a meter? high. The area were you could sleep might have been 1,4 mtr high (see pictures) 2. On the other bed (coach bed) the matrass was just filthy (the picture is a bit blurry, but still you see enough) 3. An electric heater has come of the wall earlier (see a review beginning of October) and has not been repaired yet. Since electricity is open right now, I cannot imagine this matches health and safety regulations. 4. Part of the curtains were missing. - Due to this the room was always light at night (see pictures) - Our children had put up towels to create some privacy (neighbours) on the loft level (see pictures). - We as parents did not have any privicay and the neighbours could look straight into our beds 5. The reason you do not see any pictures from the outside is very clear. The location is right on the street. The soon you enter the front door you almost step into your bed coach (see pictures) On the day of our arrival we contacted the rental agency and we shared some of our findings. The was no reaction at all to our complaints. The only thing we got was the pushing question: what is your check out time? Contract says 11 AM, so why do you bother me with which are important to you and do not react to things what are important to your customer. I wish you all a pleasant stay and advise you to book something else. For the customer services department which will react on this review. We contacted you and you did not give a propoer reaction. So do not complain that we did not contact you with our findings, You have to do your own health, safety & quality control. Customers are one of them.

Alt. Veldig skittent overalt, all inventar og dørhåndtak var ødelagt, sofa knekt og sto av skit, baderom skittent, full av hår og ødelagt inventar, åpen ulovlig kontakt til stikkontakt ovn, så lytt at du kunne høre noen puste på yttersiden, masse trekk fra døren, arbeidere begynte å jobbe rett utenfor døren kl 07.00 om morgenen. Klaget på plassen men fikk ingen hjelp av de som leide ut stedet. Alt er nesten ødelagt i leiligheten

Letto sul soppalco molto difficile da raggiungere tramite una scala che non permette di stare in piedi causa soffitto troppo basso . Questo importante particolare va segnalato meglio !!! Sul soppalco NON si può stare in piedi ma sempre con la schiena piegata , nonostante io fossi la più piccola della famiglia (h 1,70)

Lägenheten var liten och trång med lågt i tak på övervåningen. Lägenheten låg på gatuplan med dörr ut på gatan. Utanför dörren kissade och rökte folk. Otryggt och väldigt lyhört.

Bottenvåningen ut på gatan och otryggt område. Lägenheten var inte som på bilden. Den var trång och opraktiskt, inga krokar eller hyllor.

Lokalizacja, na kilka nocy lokal jest dobrym wyborem. Wygodne łóżka chociaż na antresoli nie da się wyprostować, jest za nisko. Dostaliśmy po jednej kawie co było miłe. W lokalu są ręczniki, czysta pościel i suszarka do włosów Bardzo blisko jest metro i łatwo dojechać do większości ciekawych miejsc

W lokalu nie ma Internetu, jest nieco ciasno i mała łazienka, która dość łatwo zalewana jest podczas kąpieli
