Perfect location for a relaxing break. Our cottage was spacious and clean with easy outdoor access for our dog. The beach was a short 15 minute walk. Location was great - just an 8 minute drive into Filey itself and approx 20mins to Scarborough.
Only negative was the patio where cigarette ends had been left by previous occupants and immediate border landscaping could do with a little tlc (nettles and weeds)

Instructions prior to arrival were great. Keys in an external key box.
House was great, clean, kitchen well stocked with crockery, utensils etc. Oven, fridge, microwave, washer and dishwasher all good! Complimentary box with tea, coffee, milk sachets and cookies, plus another box with cleaning items a nice touch.
Living room had a dining table and four chairs, three and two seaters, wall mounted TV and very good WiFi. Also a downstairs loo.
Upstairs, good bathroom with bath and shower (in the bath but great all the same). One room had two single beds plus a small TV, next room has double bed.
Had a great stay, only slight thing I’d say on a negative was double bed could’ve been bigger.
On site facilities include a pub where food looks good, breakfast certainly was as we sampled that. Also shop which was handy.
Is a 10/15 minute walk from the lovely beach.
Would definitely stay here again!

The property was warm (although very cold on arrival). The property was in good condition. Site facilities were good (pool, pub, shop etc) although the comunal EV charging needs expanding.
It was spoiled by some easily correctable things. There was not enough crockery if use was to be made of the dishwasher. It was also a bit of a mish-mash. Some cutlery was dirty. One very sharp knife was broken and in a clearly lethal condition. The shower head was covered in black mould. The table cloth had holes in it. Five of the six bulbs in the lounge area didn't work. Many of the TV channels didn't work.
