About this cottage rental
Two bedroomed, dog friendly house on a private holiday park within walking distance of Filey, with the added bonus of having beach access and private parking.. Ground Floor:
Living/dining room: 50" Smart TV, French Doors Leading To Patio
Kitchen: Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washer Dryer
Separate Toilet.
First Floor:
Bedroom 1: Double (4ft 6in) Bed, Smart TV
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds, Smart TV
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair. Welcome pack. . Patio with garden furniture and BBQ. Grounds (shared with other properties on-site). Childrens play area. Sauna and steam room (pre-booking essential, shared with other properties on-site). Swimming pool (pre booking essential, shared with other properties on-site, 20m x 10m, depth 1m -2m, open all year) with shower and changing facilities. 1 small dog welcome. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Pine View Cottage is a beautifully presented two bedroomed holiday home within The Bay Filey holiday village which is nestled within open countryside on the edge of the beach close to the traditional seaside town of Filey. This cottage is ideal for four to enjoy this beautiful unspoilt area of the Yorkshire. The spacious open plan living/dining area is bright and airy with a fresh seaside theme which also runs throughout the house. French doors open out onto a private patio area where you can enjoy a morning coffee or a relaxing glass of wine on an evening. The kitchen is well planned with plenty of work-top space to prepare delicious home cooked meals. To the first floor are two very pretty bedrooms offering both twin and double beds. The accommodation is completed with the house bathroom with a bath with shower over.
On site there is a large swimming pool to enjoy and a sauna and steam room (pre booking essential during Covid-19). For a little more adventure why not book an archery experience, spend an hour playing Boules or enjoy an evening of entertainment (additional charges may apply). Step outside and follow the winding path which leads straight to over five miles of dog friendly sandy beach, where you can walk into Filey. There is a choice of two promenades, amusement arcades and traditional donkey rides. Enjoy a cliff top walk to Filey Brigg or head a little inland and explore the beautiful rolling countryside of the Yorkshire Wolds.
Within a short drive is the larger resort of Scarborough with its bustling fishing harbour and Sea Life centre. With so much to explore Pine View Cottage is the ideal choice for an action packed seaside holiday.
