About this cottage rental

A pet friendly, two bedroom spacious and light cottage with FREE high-speed fibre Wi-Fi, situated on a purpose built 5-star holiday complex. The ground floor of the cottage provides an open plan family living, dining and kitchen area along with a cloakroom and entrance hall. The contemporary styled living area features a log-burning stove and gliding bi-fold patio door, opening onto a paved patio area. A brick-built barbecue and wooden patio furniture provide the ultimate alfresco dining experience. A high chair and travel cot are provided for our younger guests.

A selection of books, games, DVD's and Wii games will entertain whatever the weather, providing a fantastic family experience.

Relax in a king sized bed; bedroom with Juliet balcony and one bedroom with two singles. Bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Our third stay at Nigel’s properties (previous 2 at Beachcomber his other house). As before, I can’t fault anything- the house was just right for us with our 2 young grandchildren. Well equipped kitchen, open plan layout downstairs and with the good weather we had the patio doors always open out into the grassy areas behind for the kids to play out when we were inA good base to visit the attractions in the area and within a short walk of the beach (quite a steep path)I think we will be back for our 4th visit next year!

This property is outstanding from the moment you enter, useful welcome pack, cleanliness spot on, kitchen and equipment very good, mattress and bedding first class, thick Egyptian towels. And last but not least was the communication from Nigel who couldn't have been more helpful. We booked Friday to Tuesday but ended up staying Friday to Friday which once again was thanks to Nigel 10/10

We have stayed at a few of these rentals at the Bay and this one is by far the best. Absolutely lovely, and very clean with no doggy smell. We have dogs but hate that most places that are dog friendly have a doggy smell. The host was lovely and let us have an early check in so we could leave our luggage and enjoy our 1st day. It’s a lovely quiet place great for kids and adults alike. The location to the beach is perfect. We had an amazing time, thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful place.

Lovely cottage, very cosy and well equipped. We did some lovely walks from the cottage on the beach to filey and the other way to Reighton gap. Facilities on site good, clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Have lots of previous stays at the bay to compare to, and with such similarities between many of the properties it’s the small differences that stand out, here the log burner , helpful welcome pack, central location and daylight via patio doors and Juliette balcony make the difference . In the summer the small patio and bbq area will be excellent. Bay development as always suits families and couples of all ages with facilities and beautiful beach nearby

Lovely place with everything for a very nice stay. Well appointed property in a quiet part of the bay. Well equipped and set out. Only downside is that it was not perfectly clean with cobwebs and spiders in three rooms. Not something I enjoy dealing with. Fridge door was still dirty. And lock flew off bathroom door as soon as we opened it. That said it did not spoil our stay or enjoyment of Filey and all it has to offer.

The cottage was lovely and clean. It was equipped with everything that was needed from the kitchen to the board games and outside games. The location of the cottage is perfect for using the swimming pool and other activities on site. Would definitely recommend the cottage as a base for exploring too.

Lovely place to stay, great amenities and a well provisioned property. Received a nice information pack from the host a couple of days before we arrived which was great! We were also offered a late check out which was nice and meant we didn't have to rush off. Will absolutely stay again! Just one note - we couldn't get the tv to work in the living space, so could do with checking that.

Amazing house to stay for family holidays- everything above expectations - we was feeling like home just in different location. Cozy atmosphere, thoughtful little details at the house, friendly neighbourhood, amazing sea side, good pubs made us feel wonderful for our little break. The house was very clean and the decor was lovely. I didn’t notice the ‘organise your booking’ on the website and went to the office. They were lovely and explained to me how to retrieve information. They gave me clear directions on how to get to the house and information on the site. My host answered my query quickly and even called me to make sure we got in ok. I would definitely consider returning to this house and recommending to friends. 😊
